Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide post device unnecessitating to provide a special member for holding a retainer, in the guide post device being used in the slide of a press or the guide part of a die set and providing the guide post having a poligonal shape in cross section, a guide bush, rolls interposing between both and retainers holding these. SOLUTION: The cross section of the guide post 1 is formed into a poligon. Rolls 3, 4 and retainers 2 holding these are interposed between the guide post 1 and the guide bush 5. At least one surface of the surface guiding rolls 3, 4 of the guide post 1 and the surface coming into contact with rolls 3, 4 of the guide bush 5 is inclined in the longitudinal direction, and plural guide parts forming a taper with these both surfaces are provided. The direction of the taper of mutually adjacent guide parts is made to be inverse in these plurality of guide parts.

トのガイド部に用いられ、横断面が多角形状のガイドポ
ストと、ガイドブッシュと、両者の間に介在するローラ
とこれを保持するリテ−ナを有するガイドポスト装置に
おいて、前記リテーナに保持されたロ−ラが転がり接触
する前記ガイドポストの平面部と、該平面部と対向する
前記ガイドブッシュの内面とのうち、少なくとも一方を
長手方向に傾斜をつけて、両者でテーパを形成させたテ
ーパ状のガイド部を複数設けるとともに、互いに隣り合
う前記ガイド部のテーパの向きを逆にしたことを特徴と
するガイドポスト装置。
