表皮材により被覆されるパッド材を他方の型に取付け、
前記成形型を型締めし、前記パッド材に予め塗布した接
着剤により前記表皮材をパッド材に接着する車両用シー
トの成形型において、 前記成形型の一方の型に突条部を設け、該突条部に進退
自在にセットピンを設け、前記表皮材を前記突条部のセ
ットピンにより位置規制し得るようになされていること
を特徴とする車両用シートの成形型。

治具により表皮材を押圧した状態で前記突条部のセット
ピンを表皮材に突き刺し、次いで前記押さえ治具を取り
除き、前記セットピンにより表皮材を位置規制した状態
で前記成形型を型締めし、表皮材とパッド材とを圧着さ
せることを特徴とする車両用シートの成形方法。
