Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent belt driving force from lowering due to reduction of frictional force because of oil and moisture stuck to the surface and back faces of a belt. SOLUTION: This belt conveyor driving device drives both of the surface and back faces of a belt 20 by making at least one roller of a driving roller 30 and a pressing roller 23 driving by holding the belt 20 a magnetic roller constituted by including an electromagnet or a permanent magnet and the other roller a magnetic roller which can be attracted to the side of the magnetic roller by magnetism or a roller formed by a ferromagnetic material, applying attraction due to a magnetic action between these two rollers 30, 23 and holding the belt 20.

The belt conveyor of the second type is frictionally driven by pressing a driving roller against the belt surface from outside by a pressing force of a spring.
Oil or moisture oozing from the transported object (for example, food) adheres to the front and back surfaces of the belt. If it remains, the frictional force may decrease due to the oil and water, and the belt driving force may decrease.

[0008] The two rollers attract each other because an attractive force by a magnetic action acts between them. As a result, the belt sandwiched between the two rollers is pressed from one roller side to the other roller side by the attraction from both front and back directions. Therefore, at the time of driving, the same rotation speed and torque are generated in both rollers.

The drive unit 12 is provided with a drive roller 30 in the housing 12a so as to be in contact with the outer surface of the return belt. The drive roller is mounted on a swing frame 81 supported by a spring member 80, and a motor 50 with a reduction gear is mounted on the swing frame 81, and the drive roller 30 is fixed to an output shaft of the motor. The illustrated spring member 80 is composed of metal inner and outer shells 82 and 83 formed in a cylindrical shape as described later and a cylindrical rubber body 84, and has a 45-degree displacement. Four rubber bodies 84 are press-fitted between the outer shell 83 and the outer shell 83. The inner shell 81 is fixed to the housing 12a via mounting hardware, and the outer shell 83 is fixed to the swing frame 81. The mounting angle of the swing frame 81 is regulated by a stopper 85 that contacts the end of the swing frame. The spring characteristics of the spring member are non-linear, and the cylindrical rubber body 83 operates while rolling while being compressed as the load increases. Therefore, the torsional torque acts to swing frame 81
A constant upward force is applied to the The spring member for pressing the drive roller 30 against the pressing roller is not limited to the above example, and may be a leaf spring.

The belt 20 is sandwiched between the driving roller 30 and the pressing rollers 23 and 24 and pressed against the driving roller as shown in FIG. 8 or FIG. 10, and acts between the driving roller and the pressing roller. Since the urging force of the spring members 70 and 80 is applied in addition to the magnetic action, the bite between the roller and the belt is good, and the frictional force between the front and back surfaces of the belt is secured. Even if oil or moisture oozing out of the conveyed object (for example, food) adheres, or moisture remains on the belt front and back after conveyor maintenance, inspection, disassembly and cleaning, or cleaning and disinfection of the front and back of the belt Therefore, it is possible to prevent the frictional force from being reduced due to the above-mentioned oil and moisture, thereby preventing the belt driving force from being reduced. It made.

As described above, according to the present invention, in a belt conveyor for driving a belt by sandwiching the belt between a driving roller and a pressing roller, at least one of the two rollers has an electromagnet or a permanent magnet. The other roller is a magnetic roller or a roller formed of a ferromagnetic material that can be attracted to the magnetic roller by magnetism, and the belt is formed by a magnetic attraction between the two rollers. , So that both the front and back surfaces of the belt are driven, the return belt of the belt conveyor sandwiched between the driving roller and the pressing roller is magnetically actuated between the two rollers. Because of the attractive force, both sides of the belt are always pressed from one roller side to the other roller side, and the belt adheres well, Friction use is to be ensured. In the present invention, the same rotational speed and torque are generated for the driving roller and the pressing roller that sandwich the belt. Therefore, there is an effect that a reduction in the belt driving force can be suppressed even if oil or moisture of the food, which is a conveyed product, adheres to the belt surface, or moisture remains on the belt surface after wiping the belt.
