Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize the strongly alkaline liquid which is prepd. by adopting a natural method not elucidatable by the conventional science in neutralizing the acid rail which brings about environment destruction and incurs damage on man and animals and is improving soil. SOLUTION: Seven kinds of ashes made from burned 'bamboo, straws, cedars, pines, cypresses, cherry trees and chestnut trees' are formed by obtaining the special processes without using chemicals at all and the raw materials compounded basically from these ashes are prepd. These raw materials are put into a vessel equipped with a filter device and the strongly alkaline liquid is collected without destroying the components containing therein. The raw materials formed by compounding the ashes of tress, chaff, weeds buckwheat husks, etc., are put as the additive raw materials into the vessel and the hot water set at the temp. necessary for extraction is poured therein. The strongly alkaline aq. soln. collected by filtration is collected without destroying the components contained therein. The strongly alkaline aq. solns. for different purposes are refined and effectively utilized. The working stages for collecting the pulp of plants as well as the purification and sterilization necessary for effective utilization of marine product waste are simplified by utilizing such aq. solns.

[0001] The invention of this invention is to mix ash made of several kinds of vegetation produced by incineration equipment specially processed according to the raw material of grass and wood, put the ash into a container capable of filtering, pour boiling water,
The collected strongly alkaline aqueous solution can be stored in an environment of high temperature of 200 ° C and low temperature of -20 ° C (the result of research is that the purpose of use can be freely set depending on the ash blending percentage). The main components contained in the extracted aqueous solution may detect a small amount of sugar or oil depending on the environment such as the growth and cultivation of each raw material. However, the effect of utilization differs depending on the different components contained. The relevant laboratories confirm that the collected aqueous solution does not cause public concern about pollution.
It has been confirmed by the insurance organization through analytical tests. This invention that a strong alkaline concentrated solution manufactured by the conventional chemical method could be used only under the environment selected by the method of use (it was said that it could only be stored in ceramics and glass containers) This makes it easy to handle strongly alkaline aqueous solutions, making it possible to work with simple handling in all fields of research and utilization.Especially, it was absolutely impossible to culture microorganisms. Unlike the method of producing a strong alkaline (ph14) concentrated solution produced by mixing, all are produced using natural resources, and the alkaline aqueous solution to be applied is a microorganism which has been promoted in a special environment to promote growth. (Ph13) and (ph13) even with the same strong alkaline aqueous solution.
14) The cultivation of microorganisms that can promote growth in different environments is possible, and the objects to be treated are different from each other. Purification work and sterilization necessary for pulp collection of all plants and utilization of marine waste. The greatest invention is the invention of a strong alkaline aqueous solution having the power to simplify the working process, which can be performed with particularly simple equipment.

When the raw material turns brown, stop the boiling work and put it in a container containing bleach. (The time required for boiling work depends on the growing environment and the type of material. (It is necessary to check after the boiling time has elapsed for about 16 hours.) The bleaching process is performed for about 8 hours, the raw material is transferred to a water tank, and the rinsing operation is performed for about 5 to 6 hours.

[0003] Among the black liquor to be discarded, microorganisms grown and cultured have a boiling temperature of 1 in a domestic pressure cooker (pressure 1-2 atm).
Since the temperature rises to more than 00 degrees, it is completely killed, and the residual components remain without destruction of the raw material-specific components. In addition to improving the living environment, many valuable components are collected and there is no pollution. (In component analysis at Kyoto University Faculty of Agriculture)

[0005] The developed aqueous solution of alkaline PH14 differs in utilization of the strongly alkaline aqueous solution collected depending on the preparation of ash at the time of purification, but does not cause harm to the living environment, especially atopic dermatitis and bathing assistance. Agent
When pulp sampling is performed even in papermaking with an aqueous solution that is very effective in disinfecting agricultural crops, herbicides, and various germs, there is no pollutant in the waste liquid after processing, and all operations are performed. Since it is possible to process by normal temperature boiling operation, it is possible to reduce all costs such as fuel cost and to contribute to industrial development without pollution problem generated especially from waste liquid. Because it can be done, there is no need for new skills and many facilities.

[0006] In order to use a large amount of chemicals and to perform high-temperature boiling, only those who have acquired the knowledge of the handling of chemicals and the necessary knowledge of the operation of equipment can be engaged in the work. Neutralization treatment was required, and the equipment was complicated, requiring a lot of work space. Strong alkalinity with conventional chemicals (PH14)
Aqueous solution contains absolutely dangerous residual substances, such as when applied to the skin.
The aqueous solution of H14) can be collected, but since it is a single material, it was not possible to pioneer research on a method of utilizing the aqueous solution of strong alkali (PH14) collected.
