Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate cargo collapse and deformation of a matter to be packed during transportation, by securely receiving an upper layer of loads with supports through a reinforcing material. SOLUTION: Near both corners of a top face of a ceiling cushioning material 4, chevron-shaped or raised protrusions 4b are provided. The height of the protrusion is made to be the same as a head end position of supports 2 inserted into recesses 4a formed at the corners of the ceiling cushioning material or to be higher than that. A rear face of a top face of a reinforcing material 5 is supported by the protrusions so as to be arranged on the support, so that the end of the top face of the reinforcing material does not fall off from the supports due to swinging or external pressure when the reinforcing material is put over the supports and a flap 1a of a box body 1 is to be folded inwardly. After packing, an upper layer of loads is securely received by the supports through the reinforcing material, so that a problem of cargo collapse and deformation of a matter to be packed 10 during transportation can be solved.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a packing apparatus and, more particularly, to a packing apparatus for an outdoor unit of an air conditioner which supports an overload.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a packing device for an outdoor unit of an air conditioner has a corrugated cardboard having an upper surface opened and flaps 1a provided at four sides as shown in a perspective view of a main part of FIG. 1 and a perspective view of a main part of FIG. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a box formed of a cardboard or the like having an open upper surface and four sides with flaps. Claims (5)

[Claims] 1. An L-shaped cross-section at both corners on both sides of the bottom and upper sides of a packaged object such as an air conditioner in a box body made of cardboard or the like with open top surfaces and flaps on four sides. A bottom cushioning material provided with a concave portion for inserting the column and a ceiling cushioning material are attached and mounted, and the L-shaped column is inserted into the concave portion of each of the four corners, and the short side of the packaged object is mounted. A reinforcing material having an L-shaped cross section is sandwiched between the struts and the box body so that one side of the reinforcing material is sandwiched between the struts and the box, the flap is bent inward, and packaging tape or the like is attached and packed. A packing apparatus, wherein a projection is integrally formed on an upper surface of the ceiling cushioning material so that an end of an upper surface of the reinforcing material does not drop off from the support at the projection. 2. The packing device according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of the protrusions are formed in a mountain shape. 3. The packing device according to claim 1, wherein the protrusion is formed as a ridge extending in a longitudinal direction of the box. 4. The packing device according to claim 1, wherein the projections are formed near both corners. 5. The packing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the height of the projection is equal to or slightly higher than the height of the support post.
