【従来の技術】従来、空気調和機の室外機の梱包装置

に、上面を開放し、四辺にフラップ1aを設けたダンボ
ール等で形成した箱体1内に、空気調和機の室外機であ
る被包装体10の底部両側、および、上部両側に、両コ
ーナ部に断面L字形の支柱2を挿着する凹部3a、4a
を設けた底部緩衝材3、および、天井緩衝材4を被着し
て装着し、前記4コーナの凹部3a、4aに前記L字形
の支柱2を各々挿着し、被包装体10の短辺側の同支柱
2、2間上に断面L字形の補強材5を支柱2と箱体1間
に同補強材5の片面5aを挟持して被せ、前記フラップ
1aを内側に折り曲げ、包装用テープ6等を貼付して梱
包している。しかし、この構成では、前記補強材5を支
柱2間上に被せ、箱体1のフラップ1aを内側に折り曲
げる際、揺れや外圧により、図4のCに示すように、補
強材5の上面5bの端部が支柱2から脱落してしまうこ
とがあった。そして、この状態で上積みされると、上積
み荷重を補強材5を介して天井緩衝材4で受け、さら
に、その荷重を被包装体10が受けるため、輸送中に荷
崩れしたり、最悪の場合、被包装体10が変形するとい
う問題があった。2. び、天井緩衝材を被着して装着し、前記4コーナの凹部
に前記L字形の支柱を各々挿着し、被包装体の短辺側の
同支柱間上に断面L字形の補強材を支柱と箱体間に同補
強材の片面を挟持して被せ、前記フラップを内側に折り
曲げ、包装用テープ等を貼付して梱包してなる梱包装置
において、前記天井緩衝材の上面に突起部を一体に形成
し、同突起部にて前記補強材上面端部が前記支柱から脱
落しないようにした。また、前記突起部を山形状に複数
形成するか、前記箱体の長辺方向に延ばした凸条に形成
するようにした。また、前記突起部を両コーナ近傍に形
成するようにした。また、前記突起部を前記支柱の先端
までの高さと同じか、または、同高さより若干高く形成

部4bを設け、同突起部4bの高さを天井緩衝材4のコ
ーナに形成した凹部4aに挿着された支柱2の先端位置
までと同じか、これを越える大きさとして、補強材5の
上面5bの裏面が同突起4bに支えられ、支柱2の上に
配置されるようにしている。また、図3に示すように、
天井緩衝材4の上面に形成する突起4bを、箱体1の長

ラップを内側に折り曲げる際、揺れや外圧により、補強
材の上面端部が支柱から脱落することがなく、梱包後
は、上積み荷重を補強材を介して確実に支柱で受け、輸
送中に荷崩れしたり、被包装体が変形するという問題を

装体の底部両側、および、上部両側に、両コーナ部に断
面L字形の支柱を挿着する凹部を設けた底部緩衝材、お
よび、天井緩衝材を被着して装着し、前記4コーナの凹
部に前記L字形の支柱を各々挿着し、被包装体の短辺側
の同支柱間上に断面L字形の補強材を支柱と箱体間に同
補強材の片面を挟持して被せ、前記フラップを内側に折
り曲げ、包装用テープ等を貼付して梱包してなる梱包装
置において、前記天井緩衝材の上面に突起部を一体に形
成し、同突起部にて前記補強材上面端部が前記支柱から
脱落しないようにしてなることを特徴とする梱包装置。1.
