[0003] However, the above conventional filter has the following problems. In the bath tub water circulation filtration device described in Japanese Patent Publication No. A, since the maltstone porous diaphragm layer and the maltstone powder layer are tightly fixed to the opposing inner peripheral surface of the filtration device, the maltstone porous diaphragm layer and the maltstone powder layer are removed. In order to regenerate the filtration performance, it is not possible to wash the maltstone porous diaphragm layer and the maltstone powder layer, and the filtration performance and durability are lacking. In the filtration device described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. H06-27139, since a filter medium composed of fine glass particles is loaded on the porous membrane member, cold water or hot water is introduced from the outlet to attach the scale to the glass particle layer. Glass particles are discharged in the back washing step of discharging from the inlet together with dust and dirt, and the glass particles are gradually reduced and the filtration performance is reduced. In addition, since fine glass particles are used as the filtering material, a great deal of labor is required when removing and cleaning the glass particles for regeneration of the filtering performance, and the maintenance property is lacking. Further, since the ceramic sphere is filled between the porous membrane member and the outlet, the structure is complicated and the maintenance property is poor.

Hereinafter, the operation of the filter configured as described above will be described by taking as an example the case of filtering bath water. Bath water containing hair, dirt, bacteria, trash, etc. is stirred with ozone generated by an ozone generator (not shown), pressurized by a pump (not shown), and filtered from the upper flowing water portion 32b to the filtration case. 31 flows between the large-diameter pipe 31a and the filter material container 33, and further from the filter material container fixing portion 37 at the upper end of the large-diameter portion 33a of the filter material container 33.
Flows into. The bathtub water that has flowed into the filter material container 33 gradually falls due to an increase in the internal pressure of ozone contained in the bathtub water, and when the water level falls below the tip of the long electrode 39, the filter case lid 36 The disposed air vent valve 40 is opened, and the air containing ozone in the filter case 31 is discharged, and at the same time, the water level in the filter material container 33 starts to rise. Further, when the water level in the filter material container 33 is higher than the tip of the short electrode 38, the air vent valve 40 provided on the filter case lid 36 is closed, and the water level starts lowering again.
As described above, while the air vent valve 40 repeats the opening / closing operation, the bathtub water flowing into the filter material container 33 passes through the upper filter material 41 and removes hair, dust, and the like in the bathtub water by the upper filter material 41. Then, it passes through the lower filter medium 42 and is subjected to biological filtration of physiological metabolites and wastes from the human body such as dirt by the lower filter medium 42. Next, the back washing operation in the filter will be described. At the time of back washing of the filter 30, washing water flows into the small-diameter pipe 31 b of the filtration case 31 from the lower flowing water portion 32 a to wash away physiological metabolites, waste products, and the like attached to the surface of the lower filtration material 42, and further reduce the diameter. The washing water flows into the portion 33b, and the hair, dust, and the like attached to the surface of the upper filter medium 41 are washed away, and discharged from the upper running water portion 32b together with the washing water.

However, in the filter previously filed by the present applicant, in the case of back washing in which washing water flows from below the filter to wash out hair, dust and the like attached to the filter medium. If the flow rate of the washing water flowing into the filter is too high, the filter medium provided in the filter will be discharged together with the wash water, and the filter medium will gradually decrease, causing a decrease in filtration performance. If the flow rate of the water is too low, the hair and dust adhering to the filter material cannot be sufficiently washed away, and the filter material has poor cleanability. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust the flow rate of the wash water at the time of back washing. Also, when removing and cleaning the filter media to regenerate the filtration performance, the ceramic balls of the upper filter media are easily dispersed, which takes time and effort to remove the filter media, and makes it difficult to clean the filter media. Lack of filterability, lack of reproducibility of filter performance and maintenance.

[0010] Here, one end of the fiber of the filter medium is bonded,
It is fixed to the perforated plate by welding, binding and the like. The pores of the perforated plate are filtered from the fiber when the water containing hair or dust such as bathtub water or pool water is passed through from the side where the other end of the filter material of the perforated plate is free to filter. The filter is formed in such a size that the filter material does not flow into the hole. In addition, stainless steel, water-resistant resin, or the like is used as the porous plate. In addition, as the filter material, a fiber that is not hydrolyzed and has a softness that does not stand under its own weight is preferably used. This allows the filter medium to bend quickly and cover the perforated plate and the hole when the bath water or pool water flows from the side of the perforated plate where the other end of the filter medium is separated from the perforated plate. Can be attached to the filter medium without escaping hair, dust and the like in the water. Also, when the washing water is passed from the perforated plate side at the time of back washing of the filter medium, the washing water flows through the holes of the perforated plate, so that the washing water becomes a turbulent flow, and the water on the perforated plate and the holes The filter material covering the filter can be quickly raised above the filter with the washing water, and the filter material can be shaken with the washing water, so that hair, dust, and the like attached to the filter material can be easily removed.

As described above, the filter according to the first embodiment has the following functions. A filter having a perforated plate having a large number of holes and a filter material having one end fixed to the perforated plate and the other end made of fibers released from the perforated plate is disposed in a filtration case. Therefore, when bath water containing hair, dust, and the like flows in from the first flowing water portion, the filtering material made of fiber deflects to cover the perforated plate and the hole, and bath water or the like passes through the perforated plate. It has the effect of allowing hair, dirt and the like in water to adhere to the filter medium and be removed when water is applied. At the time of back washing of the filter, the washing water is introduced from the second flowing water portion, and the washing water is caused to flow from the perforated plate side of the filter tool, thereby making the washing water turbulent at the holes of the perforated plate.
It has the effect of shaking the filter medium made of fibers having one end fixed to the perforated plate, washing away the attached hair, dirt and the like with the washing water, and discharging it from the first flowing section together with the washing water. In addition, since one end of the filter medium made of fiber is fixed to the perforated plate, even when the flow rate of the wash water at the time of back washing is increased, only the hair and dust adhering to the filter medium are washed away. Can be discharged from the first flowing water section,
It has the effect of dispersing the filter medium to prevent the filter medium from being discharged together with the wash water, and performing backwashing at a strong flow rate. The filter can be removed from the filter case for cleaning, and the filter performance can be regenerated. In addition, one end of the filter made of fiber is fixed to the perforated plate. And has the effect of being able to be washed off with running water.
