タ付きフードカバーと、該フィルタ付きフードカバーに
取り付けられて、前記デッキの上部を被うように垂下さ
れたキャンパスと、前記デッキ上へほうじ茶原料葉を供
給するほうじ茶原料葉供給機と、前記振動焙煎機内へ熱
風を供給して前記デッキ上でほうじ茶原料葉の焙煎を行
わせる熱風送風機と、焙煎後の熱風を前記振動焙煎機外
へ排出する熱風排風機とを備えたほうじ茶製造装置。
