る。) 10.図17・22で示すように、本発明品と仮設工事
用鋼管とを組み合わせ、大規模な土台を築くことが簡単
に出来る。即ち、本発明品を増やすことや或いは、本発
明の角パイプ1を長くすることによってベースを重たく
し、大規模な安全掲示板、安全標識、広告看板、仮設用
ガードフェンス等のフレーム土台を簡単に造ることが出
来る。(⇒作業性の向上) 11.図25で示すように、工事用ガードフェンス21
を本発明品で簡単に設置することが出来る。 ※このように請求項2の発明は、同フェンスを設置でき
るメス丸パイプ10も設けているので便利。 12.図27で示すように、仮設工事用丸鋼管14’の
脱着が簡単で、施工進行状況により、車両の出入り口が
よく変更になる道路工事現場等のバリケード門扉を、簡
単に造ることが出来る。(※この様な施工は特に、本発
明のようなベースが重たい事が重要である。→仮設工事
用丸鋼管14’をフック付きクランプ19から外す時、
ベースが軽ければ、倒れ易く危険である。) ※又、この様な仮設工事用丸鋼管14’を門扉として使
う場合、同鋼管の代わり物干し竿を使っても良い。(物
干し竿は同鋼管よりも非常に軽いので楽である。) 尚、虎模様した反射シールを同鋼管、物干し竿等に張
り、使用すれば視認性が 13.図28の示すように、工事用立て看板18を高く
出来るので、ガードレール、安全柵、歩道柵等の上に独
立して同看板を簡単に設置出来る。(⇒作業性の向上) 14.図29の示すように、仮設工事用丸鋼管14・1
4’でバリケードをつくり、その端に工事用立て看板1
8が簡単に設置出来る。(※現在まで、この様な施工は
手間がかかっていた。)(⇒作業性の向上) 15.図30の示すように、仮設工事用丸・角鋼管14
・22等をポールとして立てて、重さが足りない場合、
同図の様に本発明品を何段にも積み重ねしてベースを重
たくすることが出来る。又、仮設工事用角鋼管22に貫
通穴23’の有るメス角パイプ23を設ければ、上記同
様の施工方法で、同鋼管よりもサイズの細い軽い鋼管を
継ぎ足して、高くポール等を立てることが出来る。(安
定性から考えるとポール上部の鋼管は、丈夫で軽い鋼管
がベターで有り、且つ、扱いが楽である。) 16.図31の示すように、自在キャスター24をつけ
れば、移動式標識看板等のベースとして利用出来る。 17.図33の示すようなアタッチメントを使えば、図
36で示すような角パイプ29・30を立てたりするこ
とが出来る。例えば、28mm×28mm角鋼管29が
角パイプ26に、32mm×32mm角鋼管30が角パ
イプ27に、それぞれさしこめる様にする。又、丸パイ
プ28は主に、工事用フェンスの脚の直径28.6mm
のパイプが、調度入る様にするところ。(通常、工事用
ガードフェンス21の脚の直径は28.6mmと約32
mmの2種類が多く使用されている。因みに、メス丸パ
イプ10は上記した様に、直径32mmの工事用ガード
フェンス21の脚が、主に、調度入るように設けたもの
である。) 従って、この様に、色々違うサイズの角パイプ26・2
7、丸パイプ28を設けたアタッチメントを使用すれ
ば、色々な標識ポール、旗ポール等を簡単に立てること
が出来て、便利である。 18.図21で示すように、本発明(請求項1)には、
