と、特に本発明では、巻付防止板に、間隙部に対応する
送り込み盤の円筒部に嵌脱可能で、而も円筒部の半円を
超えた切欠き凹所を設けるとともに、切欠き凹所の下部
先端から外側方に向け下向き傾斜した切断排稈の排出誘
導面を形成したことにより、切欠き凹所と送り込み刃と
送り込み盤との間に排稈に付着している塵や泥などが付
着しても、切欠き凹所の開口部による連続した除去作用
で堆積することがない。又低速回転軸を分解することな
く巻付防止板の装着が行えることから、組立作業および
巻付防止板の交換作業が簡単に行える。(b)請求項2
において、巻付防止板を弾性をもつ合成樹脂材料にて形
成したので、切欠き凹所の開口部の拡開作業が容易とな
り、巻付防止板の組立作業及び交換作業の一層の簡略化
が図れる。(c)請求項3において、巻付防止板に水平
姿勢の長孔を形成し、この長孔を支持杆に挿入支持させ
たので、特に低速回転軸に多量の排稈が投入され、低速
回転軸に撓み変形が生じても、巻付防止板が低速回転軸
と一緒に移動することから、円筒部と切欠き凹所におけ
る回転抵抗は常時変化することなく一定で、両者の摩耗
を防ぐことができる。 (d)請求項4において、支持杆に挿入支持するための
