Abstract

(2) Upon the receipt of an incoming call to the telephone set, whether or not the incoming call pattern denoting an encryption code is coincident with the encryption codes stored in the encryption group of the incoming call patterns stored in the telephone set is discriminated, and the user is informed that the phone call with the incoming call pattern denoting the encryption in matching with the stored encryption is received. If the encryption in the incoming call pattern is dissident with any of the encryption codes stored in the telephone set, the user is informed that the phone call comes with a usual incoming call pattern. The usual incoming call is selected among the incoming call patterns stored in the telephone set.
