2. Description of the Related Art As retainers for keeping pipes in a fixed package and facilitating storage or transportation of the pipes,
Conventionally, various shapes and materials have been proposed.
For example, Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication (Kokai) No. Hei 3-505077 discloses an example of an apparatus for storing and conveying pipes, which is a long and integral molded article made of a synthetic resin molded member and having arc-shaped concave portions on both upper and lower surfaces. A retainer having a configuration in which a hollow hollow steel pipe is inserted into a central passage extending laterally through the pipe is described. However, in this retainer, the convex and concave portions are made of thin resin, and a steel square pipe is inserted into the center of the retainer, so that when an excessive vertical load or lateral load is applied, the resin May be deformed, causing collapse of the load. Furthermore, if the above retainer is to be disposed of due to damage, etc., there is a square pipe made of steel or the like, so it is necessary to dispose of it in landfill or separate and collect it at great expense. is there.

[0003] Japanese Patent Publication No. HEI 8-11923 discloses that a spacer member is selectively interposed on a divided surface of a holder body to change the diameter of a pipe material or to change the number of pipe materials arranged side by side. A retainer for pipe material made of recycled plastic waste that can be flexibly handled is described. However, this holding tool is not of an integrally formed construction, but must be assembled with spacers, set bolts, etc., and the workability of bundling is extremely poor. Also inferior. Furthermore, since it is composed of members having many different shapes, various molding dies are required, and these members are usually formed by compression molding or injection compression molding, so that the cost of the mold is high, and the manufacturing cost is high. However, there is also a problem that economic efficiency is inferior.

According to the retainer for pipe material of the present invention, the resin material containing dicyclopentadiene as a main raw material constituting the retainer for binding pipes consists almost exclusively of hydrocarbons. Therefore, the waste material can be thermally recycled and easily reused as an effective resource. In addition, an integrally molded article of resin having excellent rigidity and comprising dicyclopentadiene as a main raw material is obtained by molding dicyclopentadiene and a catalyst by a conventionally known method described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 58-129003. Since it can be easily obtained by a reaction injection molding method (hereinafter abbreviated as RIM) of mixing and polymerizing in a mold, a reduction in manufacturing cost is achieved. That is, according to the above-described RIM, a target having a large and complicated shape can be molded quickly and in an inexpensive apparatus, and the reaction can be performed under low pressure and low temperature conditions. The mold to be used is inexpensive, and the mold can be easily replaced. Further, the energy consumption is extremely small as compared with the usual injection molding method and compression molding method. Furthermore, the obtained molded article is excellent in rigidity, and can have desired mechanical properties such as mechanical strength by various additives mixed at the time of the polymerization reaction. Therefore, in the case where the shape of the bundling retainer for pipes of the present invention formed of the material as described above is used to fix a plurality of pipes in a fixed package, the fixing and bundling work can be easily performed, and steel By using a tape or the like, a simple structure in which a plurality of pipes can be easily and firmly bound can be obtained. As described above, the retainer for binding pipes of the present invention can achieve excellent rigidity without requiring an auxiliary member of another material such as a steel pipe hollow square pipe in a structural portion, and thus the number of members can be reduced. Since it can be made simple and simple, the manufacturing cost can be reduced, the disposal after use is easy, and the resource can be effectively used because it can be recycled.

In the example shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, in the example shown in FIG. 2A, the binding tape 4 provided on the upper surface 1 of the upper member 1 of the binding retainer for pipes of the present invention is arranged. Groove 7 is 5
In contrast to a shallow groove having a depth of about mm, FIG.
As shown in the figure, the height of the walls 14 and 14 'forming the groove 7 is increased so as to be as deep as about 5 to 15 mm, and a part of the walls 14 and 14' is cut out and cut into the groove 7. A notched flat portion 13 is formed. By doing so, FIG.
As shown in (b), when fastening both ends of the binding tape 4 with the binding metal fittings, the binding tape can be easily and firmly swaged using the binding machine. That is, although conceptually shown in FIG. 4B, in the example shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, by providing the notched flat portion 13 without the walls 14 and 14 'in the groove 7, this portion is provided. Then, the end portions including both ends of the binding tape 4 are overlapped, and furthermore, the binding metal fitting 15 is arranged around the overlapped tape, and thereafter,
The work of caulking the binding metal with the fastening claw of the binding machine 16 can be facilitated. As a result, the binding tape 4 can be easily and sufficiently caulked, and a plurality of pipes can be firmly bound. Therefore, in the example shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, first, it is necessary that the width of the groove 7 is large enough to receive the binding tape 4. The width of the cutout of the walls 14 and 14 ′ to provide the
In the case of caulking the binding metal 15 with the fastening claws of No. 6, it is preferable that it be sufficient to easily and firmly caulk the work.

Further, the depth of the groove 7 is determined by the notch flat portion 13.
In this case, when the binding tape 4 is fastened by the binding metal 15, it is preferable that the upper surface of the binding metal 15 is not higher than the walls 14 and 14 ′ forming the groove 7 (FIG. 3B). reference). That is, as shown in FIG. 5, the pipe bundling retainer of the present invention may fasten a plurality of pipes and further load a plurality of pipes in that state. Is not sufficient, and the upper surface of the binding metal fitting 15 comes out above the walls 14 and 14 ′,
It is not preferable because the binding metal 15 may damage the pipes by contacting the pipes stacked thereon. Furthermore, in order to more completely prevent the damage of the pipes mounted on the upper member 1 of the bundling retainer of the present invention, the walls 14 and 14 'of the upper member 1 are notched. hand,
As shown in FIG. 3 (a), the notch flat portion 13 is provided so that the pipes stacked on the upper member 1 are adjacent to each other. It is preferable to prevent pipes from getting on.
