Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure high airtightness by constituting a sealing member of a ring sealing main body with an engagement groove formed on its outer peripheral part and a plural number of narrow paper tablet type sheet pieces to be deformed along an outer peripheral part of an article to be passed through passing through a sealing main body inner peripheral part. SOLUTION: A part between a through hole 1a and a piping 3 is sealed with a sealing member 2 installed on the through hole 1a. The sealing member 2 is constituted of a ring sealing main body 5 to be engaged with an inner marginal part of the through hole 1a and a plural number of narrow paper tablet type sheet pieces 6 projected in the inside diametrical direction in a state to be overlapped with each other from the sealing main body 5. A plural number of these sheet pieces 6 are deformed along an outer peripheral part of the piping 3 passed through by an inner peripheral surface part of the sealing main body 5 and seal the part between the piping 3 and the inner peripheral part of the sealing main body 5. Consequently, even when the number and the thickness of the pipings 3 passing through the through hole 1a variously differ, a plural number of the sheet pieces 6 are deformed along the outer peripheral part of the piping 3 and can seal the part between the inner peripheral part of the sealing main body 5 and the piping 3.

2. Description of the Related Art In general, in a construction machine or the like, for example, an engine room in which an engine is housed may be surrounded by a wall surface such as a firewall or an enclosure in order to measure soundproofing and heatproofing. In some cases, through holes for passing objects to be pierced, such as electric wiring and oil piping, are provided. In this case, if there is a gap between the object to be penetrated through the through hole and the through hole, there is a problem that airtightness is reduced and sound and heat insulation are impaired. The airtightness is ensured by using a sealing member as shown in FIG. That is, the former shown in FIG. 3 is a grommet 8 with a thin film, which is

Further, the latter shown in FIG. 4 is a thick rubber-like grommet 9, which has an engaging groove 9a formed on the outer peripheral portion for engaging with the inner peripheral edge of the through hole. On the inner peripheral side of the groove 9a, a pipe hole 9 set to a size corresponding to the thickness of the pipe so that the pipe passes without a gap.

However, in the former case, when the former is passed through the slit, the thin film is pushed and expanded more than necessary by the pipe, and a gap is formed on the outer peripheral side of the pipe. I will. In particular, when a plurality of pipes pass through the slit as shown in FIG. 3 (C), or when the pipe is displaced from the center of the slit, the gap tends to be large. There is a problem of inferior securing. Furthermore, since the size of this grommet must correspond to the size of the through hole formed in the wall surface, grommet of various sizes corresponding to the size of the through hole must be prepared, There is also a problem that parts management and the like are complicated. On the other hand, in the latter case, airtightness can be secured because the pipe hole of the size corresponding to the thickness of the pipe is opened, but in this case, like the former, it corresponds to the through hole in the wall surface It is necessary to use a special grommet with holes for pipes corresponding to the number and thickness of the pipes, and it is not possible to use common parts. There is a problem that it becomes a factor of up. In addition, since the piping holes formed in the grommet cannot ensure airtightness unless the dimensions of the piping are accurate, precision in grommet manufacturing is required, which also increases costs. However, there were problems to be solved by the present invention.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In view of the above-mentioned circumstances, the present invention has been made with the object of solving these problems, and has a through hole formed in a wall surface and a through hole formed in the through hole. A seal member attached to a through hole to seal a gap between the object and a penetrated object such as a wire or a pipe, wherein the seal member has an engagement groove engaging with an inner peripheral edge of the through hole. And a plurality of strip-shaped sheets that protrude in the inner diameter direction in a state of being overlapped with each other from the seal body and deform along the outer peripheral portion of the object to be penetrated that penetrates the inner peripheral portion of the seal body. It is configured using a piece. By doing so, even if the number and thickness of the pipes penetrating through the through holes are variously different, the plurality of sheet pieces projecting to the inner diameter side in a state of overlapping each other are deformed along the outer peripheral portion of the pipes. By sealing the inner peripheral part of the seal body and the pipe, high airtightness can be secured, which contributes to the improvement of soundproofing, heatproofing, and dustproofing performance. Therefore, the parts can be standardized, which can contribute to achieving cost reduction. In this case, the seal member before being attached to the through-hole is a flexible member in which a plurality of strip-shaped sheet pieces are formed adjacent to each other in the longitudinal direction on a seal body having an engagement groove formed in the longitudinal direction. By making the elongate object having the property into the original shape, and cutting the original seal member into a length corresponding to the perimeter of the through hole, it is possible to form through holes of various sizes with one type of original seal material. A compatible sealing member can be formed, and further commonality of parts can be achieved. Also,
A strip-shaped sheet piece deformed along the outer peripheral part of the object to be penetrated through the inner peripheral part of the seal body is tightened to the pipe by using a tightening member, so that the sheet piece is fixed to the pipe in a more tight state As a result, the airtightness can be further improved, and the careless rolling of the sheet piece can be avoided.

The seal member 2 is mounted on the through hole 1 to seal a gap between the through hole 1a and the pipe 3 penetrated through the through hole 1a. It is formed by cutting and deforming the member 4. That is, the original sealing member 4 is a long object formed of a flexible material such as a rubber material or a synthetic resin material, and includes a sealing body 5 having a rectangular cross section and a number of strip-shaped sheet pieces 6. An engagement groove 5a having a substantially U-shaped cross section is formed in one side surface of the seal body 5 in the longitudinal direction. Each sheet piece 6 is formed so as to protrude from the other side surface of the seal body 5 in a direction opposite to the groove opening side in a state of being adjacent in the longitudinal direction. Then, the original sealing member 4 is cut into a length corresponding to the circumferential length of the through hole 1a, and the cut seal body 5 is further positioned such that the groove opening side of the engagement groove 5a is located on the outer peripheral side.
