Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable perpetual power generation without environmental pollution by constituting a device in such a way that the rising side of a floating belt that has been wound around the upper and lower rotating wheels is moved by buoyancy inside a water-tower which has been erected from the under level of a tank and in which water has been housed, and that a generator is driven by continuously turning the floating belt around the upper and lower rotating wheels as a whole. SOLUTION: A water-tower 3 in which water is housed from the water 1a in a tank is erected, and also rotating wheels 6, 7 are rotatably arranged in the upper and lower positions of the water-tower respectively, and a floating belt 5 to which a large number of floats 4 are endlessly connected is wound around the upper and lower rotating wheels 6, 7. In this case, the rising side 5a of the floating belt 5 is movably arranged inside the water-tower 3, so that the floating belt 5 is moved by the buoyancy of the floats 4.
