Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a waterproof effect between a main body of a case and a door and also obtain a grounding effect of the door by means of a conductive gasket which is used for sealing the main body of a case and the door and grounding the door. SOLUTION: A half of a face of a conductive tape 2 where a conductive pressure sensitive adhesive 3 is attached is pasted on a face 3 A of a waterproof sealing material 4 that is to be brought into contact with a door. The other half of the face of the tape 2 is pasted on a main body of a case. A gasket 1 of such a structure is pasted on the main body 6 of a case and then the door is closed. When pasting the gasket 1 on the main body 6 of a case, care must be taken to insure that the waterproof sealing material 4 is located outside than the conductive tape 2. By using this gasket 1, each of the main body of a case and the door has a face with which the waterproof sealing material 4 is brought into contact and a face with which the conductive tape 2 is brought into contact. Therefore, water is prevented from entering the case from outside and the door can be grounded.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in a device incorporating an electronic device which emits high-frequency radiation noise, a grounded metal casing is used so that high-frequency radiation noise does not radiate to the outside of the device and interfere with radio frequencies. A method of shielding high-frequency radiation noise by incorporating the electronic device in a body or the like and sealing the electronic device with a metal door or lid or the like has been adopted. However, in such a shielding method, since there is a gap between the door and the housing body, radiation noise leaks from the housing to the outside. Also, if the metal door is in a state of floating potential from the ground point, or if the connection point is incompletely connected,
There is a problem that the antenna radiates radiated noise to the outside of the housing, which interferes with a radio frequency. Therefore, conventionally, a gap between the housing and the door is sealed by using a conductive gasket, the door is grounded, and radiation noise is shielded.

Next, a method of using the conductive gasket 8 is shown in FIG.
This will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 4 shows an example in which the conductive gasket 8 of FIG. 3 is used in a box-shaped storage case, and FIG. 5 shows the conductive gasket 8 of FIG. , Etc.). As shown in FIG. 4, when the conductive gasket 8 is attached to the housing body 6 incorporating the electronic device and the door 7 is pressed and closed, the housing body 6 and the gasket 8 come into surface contact with each other at the portion 8A in FIG. , 8B, the door 7 and the gasket 8 are in surface contact.
Therefore, the door 7 is grounded via the housing body 6 and shields radiated noise by the shield effect.

In order to solve the above problem, as shown in FIG. 6, a waterproof sealing material 4 with a double-sided adhesive tape 5 is provided on the outer periphery of a portion where a conductive gasket 8 is attached to a housing body 6. By sticking and closing the door 7 by pressing it, there is a method in which water is prevented from entering from the outside of the housing with the waterproof sealing material 4 and radiation of radiated noise from inside the housing is blocked by the conductive gasket 8. However, there is a problem that a space for attaching the conductive gasket 8 and the waterproof sealing material 4 is required, and the cost is high. The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a conductive waterproof gasket that can easily perform waterproofing and grounding processing at a low cost. .
