ベル可動台の溝が係合・摺接することにより上記スイー
ベル可動台が中心軸回りに水平回動し、上記チルト可動
台の凸球面の一部に凹部を有し、上記スイーベル可動台
の上記凸球面に接する側に突起部を有し、上記突起部が
チルト動作時には上記凹部内を係合することなくスライ
ドしてチルト可動台が傾動し、スイーベル動作時には上
記突起部が上記凹部に係合してチルト可動台とスイーベ
ル可動台が一体となって水平回動する構成を特徴とする
