As described above, in the conventional stationary induction electric apparatus constituted by combining a plurality of wound iron cores, the yoke facing portions of the core fasteners 30 and 300 constituting the iron core fastener 3. Since the whole of 31 and 301 was formed flat and the yoke opposing parts 31 and 301 and the yoke part of each core were in surface contact, the core was distorted or the core fastener was When there is distortion, as shown in FIG. 10, one core half of the wound core is tightened in a direction inclined to a plane OO that bisects the yoke of each core half. As a result, one half of the iron core may be inclined, and a gap G may be generated at the abutting portion J of the cut surface of the leg of the wound iron core. When such a gap G is generated, the generation of electromagnetic vibration of the iron core is promoted, and the noise (chattering noise) generated from the stationary induction electric device is increased, which is not only unfavorable but also reduces the magnetic permeability of the butted portion of the iron core. There is a possibility that the performance of the electric device may be degraded from the designed value.

As described above, at least one of the first and second core fasteners constituting the iron core fastening member is provided with the iron core pressing protrusion at the opposed portion of the yoke, and the iron core pressing protrusion is connected to the yoke portion of each winding core. When the cores are tightened in a state where they are in contact with the central part in the longitudinal direction of the core, even if the core fasteners and cores are distorted, the core half of each core extends the respective yoke in the longitudinal direction. Since it is correctly tightened in the butting direction along the plane bisecting the two, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of a gap in the butting portion of the cut surface of each wound core, thereby preventing the generation of noise. In addition, since it is possible to prevent a gap from being generated in the butt portion of the cut surface of each core, it is possible to eliminate the possibility that the magnetic permeability of the butt portion of the cut surface of each core deviates from a design value, thereby deteriorating the performance of the electric device. be able to.

As described above, according to the present invention, an iron core pressing projection is provided on at least one of the first and second core fasteners constituting the iron core fastening metal, and the yoke opposing portion is provided. As we tried to tighten each winding core with the projection abutting the longitudinal center of the yoke part of each winding core,
Even if the core fasteners or cores are distorted, the core half of each core can be tightened correctly in the butting direction, preventing gaps from being formed at the butting part of the cut surfaces of the cores. , Noise can be prevented. In addition, since it is possible to prevent a gap from being generated in the butt portion of the cut surface of each core, it is possible to eliminate the possibility that the magnetic permeability of the butt portion of the cut surface of each core deviates from a design value, thereby deteriorating the performance of the electric device. be able to.
