In the conventional dehumidifier, the front box, the rear box, the top plate, and the base are separated, so that there are many joints and many screwing operations, and the base and the joints have bilges. There was a drawback that sound was generated. In addition, there is a problem that the number of necessary parts is large and mounting workability is inferior. Also, since the front and rear boxes are separated front and rear shapes, the joint strength between the front and rear of the box is weak.If a large load such as a compressor is applied to this joint and a shock is applied during transportation or transportation, There is a possibility that the part may come off or the joint part may be damaged, and there is a problem that the front box and the rear box are easily separated.

That is, the box body of the dehumidifier is vertically divided into two parts, an upper box and a lower box. The lower box is an integrally molded product having a bottom plate portion and houses the compressor inside, and the upper box has an outer surface. An evaporator, a condenser and a blower are arranged on the inside in communication with the ventilation port, and a water receiving tank is installed on the front outside of the lower box. Thereby, the screwing operation is reduced, the number of parts is reduced, and the mounting workability is improved. In addition, since a heavy compressor is housed in a lower box with an integrated bottom and outer circumference, the box is stable, and since it has been integrated, there is no joint between multiple parts, so there is no squeak noise, and the box strength increases, The problem that the box is separated during transportation or transportation can also be solved. In addition, due to the integral shape of the lower box, it is possible to eliminate water leakage to the floor surface due to dripping of dew attached to the suction pipe.

As a result, the vibration source of the compressor, which is the vibration source, is fixed to the heavy, one-piece lower case, so that the vibration of the compressor is attenuated. The suction pipe and the discharge pipe are close to the central axis of the compressor. The vibration of the suction pipe and the discharge pipe is reduced, and the vibration and noise of the entire box can be reduced.

Further, the water receiving tank has a substantially U-shaped cross-sectional shape, is arranged so as to surround the compressor on the front part of the lower box, and is made of a transparent or translucent material. The amount of water in the water receiving tank can be seen from three directions on both sides. Thereby, in addition to the conventional water receiving tank, the tank volume is increased by the volume of both sides, the time to fill the tank is extended, and the number of times of drainage of the tank can be reduced. Also, the water level of the water receiving tank, which could be confirmed from only one direction, can be confirmed from three directions.

Further, below the bottom of the water receiving tank,
A receiving stand is provided integrally with or separate from the lower box, and a U-shaped notch is provided in a part of the receiving stand to form a leaf spring-like tongue. The bottom of the water receiving tank is brought into contact. As a result, the force by which the leaf spring constantly presses the water receiving tank upward acts, and it is possible to eliminate the buzzing sound of the water receiving tank. In addition, the user can feel the sense of insertion into the lower box of the water receiving tank, and can confirm that the water receiving tank has been securely inserted into the lower box. Further, the leaf spring 18 is formed by the bottom plate of the lower box 2 and does not use a separate component as the leaf spring, so that the price can be reduced.

Further, the upper box has a front portion formed as a panel and a rear portion formed as a box portion, and the panel-shaped front portion and the box portion are connected to each other by a plurality of ribs. A space is provided between the box portions so that the filter can be stored, and air suction ports are provided in the upper part and the left and right three directions. As a result, the indoor air suction port can be changed from the conventional one front direction to the three directions of the upper surface and both side surfaces, so that the indoor dehumidification can be evenly and uniformly, and the installation location of the dehumidifier can be expanded. That is, even if there is an obstacle in front of or on the side surface of the dehumidifier, it is sufficient that any one of the three directions is vacant, and if an air suction port is provided in the front panel-shaped portion, four sides can be sucked. In addition, there is also a design advantage that the front panel portion can be freely designed.

Furthermore, between the air inlet provided in the upper part of the upper box and the left and right three directions and the evaporator, a bent duct covering the upper part and the side part of the evaporator is formed integrally with the upper box. Things. Thus, since the air inlets are formed on three surfaces, the dehumidifying performance of the dehumidifier does not decrease even if the front surface of the box is covered with the article. Further, since a bent duct is formed at the air suction port facing the side of the evaporator, even if foreign matter enters through the suction port, the foreign matter does not hit the evaporator, and the problem of breaking the evaporator can be solved.

Furthermore, a compressor is installed at a substantially central portion of the lower box, and a dew receiver, an evaporator, and a condenser are arranged at an upper part of the lower box in front of the compressor, so that the compressor is provided at the upper part of the compressor. By providing a space in which the compressor, the evaporator, the condenser, and the upper box can all be sequentially assembled in a stacked manner from above, a structure with good assemblage can be obtained.

As described above, in the box structure of the dehumidifier,
The box of the dehumidifier is vertically divided into two parts, an upper box and a lower box, by plastic injection molding or the like, and the lower box is integrally formed so that the compressor, the water receiving tank, and the dew receiver can be stored therein. As a result, the front box, the rear box, the top plate, and the base, which have been used in the past, need only be composed of the upper box and the lower box, and the number of parts is reduced and the weight is reduced. Screw work has been greatly reduced, and the amount of assembly has also been reduced. In addition, since a heavy compressor is housed and fixed in the lower box, the box body is stabilized, and since it is integrated, there is no buzzing sound, the strength of the box body is increased, and the transport strength during transportation is also improved. In addition, due to the integral shape of the lower box, water leakage due to dripping of dew attached to the suction pipe could be eliminated.

Further, as shown in FIG. 3, a loop-shaped pipe section of the suction pipe 5 and the discharge pipe 6 connecting the compressor 3, the evaporator 8 and the condenser 9 is provided at the upper part of the compressor 3 at the center axis of the compressor 3. It is arranged in close proximity to. As a result, the conventional structure in which the compressor is fixed with one base plate is firmly fixed with the lower box of the integral shape, and the vibration and noise of the compressor are greatly reduced. Further, conventionally, there is a problem that vibration and noise of the pipe are large because the pipe exiting from the compressor is disposed at a position apart from the central axis at the outer peripheral portion of the compressor. The vibration and noise of the suction and discharge pipes of the compressor have been greatly reduced by disposing them close to the central axis of the compressor.

Further, as shown in FIG.
It has a U-shaped cross-section and is arranged on the front part of the lower box 2 so as to surround the compressor 3. Thus, conventionally, the water receiving tank has a small inner volume due to the rectangular shape using only the front side, but the compressor 3 is surrounded on the front part of the lower box 2 as in the present invention, The U-shaped cross section also used the surface, which increased the tank volume, increased the time to fill the tank, and reduced the number of tank drainage treatments. In addition, the effect that the water level of the water receiving tank could be confirmed from only one direction but could be confirmed from three directions can be obtained.

Further, as shown in FIG. 5, a leaf spring 18 having a concave portion 15 is formed integrally with the lower box 2, and this concave portion 15 can be engaged with a convex portion 16 provided at a lower portion of the water receiving tank 4. It is like that. As a result, a force of the leaf spring constantly pushing the water receiving tank upward is applied, and the noise of the water receiving tank can be eliminated. In addition, the sense of insertion into the lower box of the water receiving tank was understood, and it was confirmed that the water receiving tank was securely inserted into the lower box. The leaf spring 18 is formed by the bottom plate of the lower box 2,
Since no separate parts were used as the leaf spring, the price was low. In addition, it is also possible to form a leaf spring having a convex portion instead of a concave portion integrally with the lower box, and to form a concave portion instead of the convex portion at a lower portion of the water receiving tank.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 6, 7 and 8,
An air inlet 13 is also provided on the upper surface and both side surfaces of the upper box 1 at positions facing the upper surface and side surfaces of the evaporator 8, and the upper surface of the evaporator 8 and the upper surface of the evaporator 8 are located at a position leading from the air inlet 13 to the evaporator front duct 20. The bent ducts 19, 21, and 22 are formed so as to cover the side surfaces. Thereby, in addition to the air suction port 12 provided on the front surface of the upper box 1, the air suction ports 13 are formed on the upper surface and the three side surfaces of the upper box 1 so that the front surface of the box body is shielded by the article. However, the air is sucked in from these three surfaces and the dehumidifying performance of the dehumidifier does not decrease. Also, since a bent duct is formed in the air suction part facing the top and side surfaces of the evaporator, even if foreign matter enters from the suction port, it is guarded by the bent duct and does not hit the side of the evaporator, so the evaporator is broken. The problem was solved.
