Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve function by connecting various devises to a drain main pipe through a drain socket part provided with an inflow pipe forming an obtuse angle with the flow direction of the drain main pipe. SOLUTION: A plurality of drain socket parts 2 provided with an inflow pipe 2a forming an obtuse angle with the flow direction of a drain main pipe 1 are provided on a drain main pipe 1. Next, the device of a toilet stool 6 and the like are connected through a flexible pipe 4 and the like to the inflow pipe 2a. The drain main pipe 1 is connected to a vertical pipe 5 vertically provided along a building and a pressure-feed pump, which is actuated, drain is pumped in the drain main pipe and drained to the vertical pipe 5. At this time, because the inflow pipe 2a forms an obtuse angle and is disposed in Y- shape with the flow direction of the drain main pipe 1, drainage is flowed in the drain main pipe 1 with very small pressure loss through the inflow pipe 2a, and inflow pressure loss in the drain socket part 2 is lessened. Thereby a conveying capacity of drainage pumped in the drain main pipe can be increased, and at the time of pressure sewerage noise can be decreased.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in a system for draining miscellaneous wastewater in a house, when a device such as a toilet bowl or a basin is connected to a drainage main pipe, as shown in FIG. The inflow pipe 53 is connected to the prepared cheese 52 using an adhesive, and in such a conventional piping structure, in a pumping drainage system in which drainage is pumped into the drain main pipe 51 using a pumping pump, However, there is a problem that the resistance flowing into the drain main pipe 51 from the inflow pipe 53 at the time of pressure feeding is increased, and the conveyance capacity of the drain water is reduced. Further, piping construction when adding equipment at the time of reforming or the like is required. There was a problem that it was troublesome and could not cope with misalignment.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a schematic configuration diagram of a pumping and drainage system,
The drain main pipe 1 is provided with a plurality of drain sockets 2 and 2 at appropriate positions.
An inflow pipe 2a is provided at an obtuse angle α, for example, at an angle of 45 ° with respect to the flow direction, and a device such as a toilet 6 can be connected to the inflow pipe 2a via the flexible pipe 4. The drain main pipe 1 is connected to a vertical pipe 5 vertically erected along the building, and a pump (not shown) is connected to the drain main pipe 1 and is operated by the operation of the pump. A pumping drainage system is configured so that drainage can be pumped into the drainage main pipe 1 and drained to the standing pipe 5.
FIG. 2 is an enlarged view of the drain socket portion 2 in the present embodiment. As described above, the Y-tube forming the drain socket portion 2 is formed with an inflow pipe 2a that forms an obtuse angle α with the drain main pipe 1. A one-touch coupler 3 is provided at the tip of the inflow pipe 2a. A flexible pipe 4 connected to the toilet 6 or the like can be connected to the one-touch coupler 3 with one touch. The drainage from the toilet 6 and the like flows through the flexible pipe 4, flows into the drainage main pipe 1 from the inflow pipe 2 a, and is pumped and drained in the drainage main pipe 1.

As shown in FIG. 2, the inflow pipe 2a forms an obtuse angle α with respect to the flow direction of the drain main pipe 1, and is arranged in a Y-shape. Since the inflow can be made to flow into the drain main pipe 1 and the inflow resistance in the drain socket portion 2 becomes small, the transport capacity of the drainage pumped in the drain main pipe 1 can be increased as compared with the conventional case.

Further, in this embodiment, since the flexible pipe 4 is connected from the toilet 6 side or the like via the one-touch coupler 3, the core can be easily aligned and one-touched when adding equipment at the time of remodeling or the like. Thus, the flexible pipe 4 can be connected to the one-touch coupler 3 to install the equipment, thereby improving the workability when the equipment is added.

According to the present invention, there is provided a pressure-feeding drainage system in which drainage from equipment such as a toilet bowl, a basin or the like is flowed into a drainage pipe by a pressure-feeding method. Part is formed, and each drain socket section is provided with an inflow pipe that forms an obtuse angle with respect to the flow direction of the drain main pipe, so that drain water from equipment such as a toilet bowl passes through the inflow pipe into the drain main pipe. Since the flow is reduced, the inflow resistance at the drain socket is reduced, and the drainage transfer capacity of the pumping and drainage system can be improved as compared with the conventional system. Also has the effect of decreasing.
