BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION As a package to be sorted by the apparatus of the present invention, a package obtained by sealing and packaging a fluid content using a packaging material such as a film can be mentioned. The present invention is very efficiently applied to body sorting, and the fluid content is a granular or liquid material. A package obtained by seal packaging is prepared by a so-called four-side seal in which two pieces of packaging material are abutted and sealed around four sides, a so-called three-way seal in which one piece of packaging material is folded in two and the other three sides are sealed. In general, they are prepared as strip-shaped packages that are integrally connected in the vertical and / or horizontal direction, and are cut as they are at a certain number of lengths into products. More generally, however, the strip-shaped package of the connected oxygen absorber is cut off individually with a cutter or the like to form a product. Individually separated packages may be sealed in containers that can be stored in a fixed number as they are to be used as product packages for sale. However, it is necessary to remove defective products and move them to the place where they are sealed in the containers. Therefore, they are conveyed by a belt conveyor or the like, inspected to detect an abnormality in the internal capacity or a defective seal, the defective products are removed, and the non-defective products are sealed in a storage container while counting the quantity. In the present invention, the transport is performed using a transporter such as a chain conveyor that can be transported while hanging with a holder such as a clip. In the course of transport, the package that is transported while hanging is inspected to detect an abnormal content or a defective seal, defective products are removed, and non-defective products are enclosed in a storage container while counting the number. However, the partition plate and the movable plate are used in the present invention in order to efficiently select defective products of the package and to sort non-defective packages for each packaging unit as a product.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG.
1 shows an embodiment of the present invention. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a package obtained by sealing and packaging fluid contents using a packaging material such as a film. The bodies are individually separated by a cutter (the cutting / separating step is not shown), and have been conveyed from the previous step to the conveyor 2 such as a chain conveyor while being hung down by a holder 8 such as a clip. Reference numerals 4, 5 and 5 'denote a movable piece and a partition piece provided directly below the carrier. The movable piece has a structure in which the tip moves left and right around the fulcrum 7, and In addition, the transported package is distributed to the left and right of the partition piece. The movement of the tip of the movable piece to the left and right is linked with a product counting device or a product inspection device (not shown), and the cylinder 3 is instructed by the device.
Is performed around the fulcrum 7 by the back and forth movement of the piston. That is, the package in which the product counting device is conveyed to one side of the fixed piece has a certain quantity, for example, 100 pieces.
When it is recognized that the number has reached 0, the cylinder is instructed, the piston is actuated, and the tip of the movable piece is swung to the opposite side so that the conveyed package is sent to the other side of the partition piece. It is. This is also applied when the product inspection device recognizes a defective product, and can select a defective product from non-defective products. The package sent to the side face of the partition piece is transported to the upper part of the filling or extracting guide 6 provided on the side face of the partition piece, and is detached from the holder at the upper part of the guide and is stored in a storage container (not shown). It is put into or taken out of FIG. 2 shows an example in which a Y-shaped movable piece having a guide (groove) as a receptacle is used instead of the streamlined type shown in FIG. 1 as the movable piece.

As the movable piece, a simple plate-shaped one or a movable piece shown in FIG.
The symmetrical streamlined type shown in FIG. 1 is preferable in order to smoothly move the package, although the Y-shaped type shown in FIG. In particular, if the shape of the package is not well balanced with the shape of the Y-shaped package, the package is bent at the constricted portion of the Y-shape and does not come off from the holder by the reaction, or is sent to the side of the intended partition piece. There is a danger that you need to be careful. Examples of the material of the movable piece include stainless steel, plastics, and aluminum, and it is also preferable to apply a lubricant or the like to the surface as necessary, or to provide a guide rail or the like. The length of the movable piece (the length parallel to the transporting body) is affected by the transporting speed, but is optimally about 1.5 times the pitch (interval) of the holder. The tip of the movable piece has an amplitude greater than the thickness of the thickest part of the package, and the tip on the fulcrum side is displaced more than the thickness of the partition piece, and the displacement width of both tips is 1: 2-3. It is preferred that there be. The movable piece is preferably provided in contact with the partition piece. In particular, as shown in FIG. 1, it is preferable that the partition piece end and the movable piece end have a hinge structure having a concentric radius from the rotation axis (fulcrum). It is not preferable to separate the movable piece and the partition piece beyond the thickness of the package, but if the movable piece and the partition piece must be separated by design, a separate guide plate or the like must be provided or the gap between the movable piece and the partition piece must be provided.
