類本体への着脱装置である。次に本願発明を以下実施例
について図面を参照しながら詳しく説明する。

る外歯形歯付皿ばねである。そして本発明の金属ナット
類のプラスチック類本体への着脱装置は以下述べるよう
に上記の外歯形歯付皿ばね1を使用して構成されてなる
ものである。即ち、先ずプラスチック類本体9のナット
室6内にナット5を嵌入する。そしてそれから上記の外
歯形歯付皿ばね1を、図3に示すようにナット5上方の
皿ばね室7の上端開口部内に臨ませた鎖線イの状態に配
する。そして次に図3の押圧筒8による押圧によって外
歯形歯付皿ばね1を順次下方へ押下げて行く。なおこの
時、各ばね歯4はそれぞれ先端が皿ばね室7内の側壁面
に係接して弯曲した状態で皿ばね1は下方へ係入されて
行く。そして皿ばね1が図3の実線ロの状態となって各
支脚部3がそれぞれナット5の上面に衝止すると、ナッ
ト室6内に嵌入したナット5は皿ばね室7内に係入させ
た外歯形歯付皿ばね1の各ばね歯4の皿ばね室7側壁へ
の弾性係止によって強固堅牢に抜け止め固定される。そ
こで図3のように取付具10は、ボルト11とナット5
とのボルト締めによって強固に取付け固定される。また
次に分離解体してナット5をプラスチック類本体9より
取外し分離する際には、図3において前記実線ロの状態
の外歯形歯付皿ばね1の皿ばね2の中央部を上方から押
圧して各支脚部3を支点とした反転によって下方へ鎖線

4は同時に図3の実線状態から鎖線状態へ変形して皿ば

るものである。なお外歯形歯付皿ばね1としては複数の
ばね歯4と複数の支脚部3とが個別に設けられている実
施例である図4のものを使用してもよい。またばね歯4
は係止機能を向上させるために先端を尖鋭な形状とする
のが望ましい。
