Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve bonding strength by a method wherein a reinforcing means is provided in the vicinity of an end to which a sheet member is bonded so that a breaking force acting on the bonding part is born by the reinforcing means offset from the bonding part with respect to a force in the direction in which the end of the sheet member is turned up. SOLUTION: A claw part 20 being a reinforcing means is projected near the inner side of a bonding part 12 provided at the front end 8 of a cover part 4 so as to hold a part of an end of a sheet member 9. The member 9 is disposed over a recess 10 of a pocket part 6 in which the claw part 20 is provided to thermally bond the member 9 to the bonding part 12. Thus when an end of the member 9 is turned up, the member 9 is pressed from above by the claw part 20 so that upward forces are prevented from acting on the part 12. That is, forces directed to the part 12 is turned into forces along the sheet member 9 so that upward forces, by which the part 12 is easily broken, can be greatly reduced and the part 12 is reinforced.

However, when a gap is formed by placing a finger on the edge 14 of the sheet member 9 in the direction in which the pocket portion 6 is inserted, as shown in FIGS. The direction in which the pocket is opened by catching a finger on the edge 14 (see FIG. 18) is substantially the same as the direction of the breaking force applied to the fixing portion 12, and therefore, is upward with respect to the fixing portion 12. A breaking force is applied in a direction that facilitates peeling.
