Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it usable within a wide range of a current region and enable stable contact to be achieved during a long-duration use by bringing a pin energized upwardly by a spring and housed in a terminal plate into elastic contact with a lower face of a contact piece held swingably on a lower face of a sliding body and swinging the contact piece through sliding of the sliding body so as to be in contact with or distant from a fixed contact. SOLUTION: When an operation part 14A of a sliding body 14 is pressurized, the sliding body 14 slides in a case 3 while deflecting a spring 5. Next, when a protrusion 14D of the sliding body 14 holding a cut erection part 16C of a contact piece 16 exceeds a position of a pin 18, a position at which an elastic contact load is applied to the contact piece 16 of the pin 18 due to a spring 17 changes. The contact piece 16 swings with the cut erection part 16C engaged with the protrusion 14D being a fulcrum, and movable contacts 16A and 16B at the end of the contact piece 16 comes into contact with fixed contacts 2A and 2B. Thereby, electric connection between the fixed contacts 2A and 2B is performed via the contact piece 16, the contacts can be used within a wide range of a current region from several mA to several A and can be brought into stable contact with each other for long-period of time.

However, in the above-described conventional push switch, the movable contact 6 of the contact piece 6 is not provided.
A and 6B need to be resiliently contacted on the fixed contact 2, so that the contact piece 6 needs to be elastic. For this reason, a thin elastic metal material is used. Has a cleaning effect of removing dust and foreign matter from the contact portion when it is used, but when it is used in a high current range of several A where an arc is generated when the contact portion is separated from the contact portion, this arc causes the elastic metal sheet to be removed. There is a problem that damage and wear of the contact piece 6 and the fixed contact 2 which are made of a metal are increased and sufficient contact reliability cannot be obtained.

As described above, according to the present embodiment, the contact piece 16 is formed on the sliding member 14 by the long holes 16D and 16E on both sides.
The contact piece 16 can be temporarily held at two places on the sliding body 14 because the contact piece 16 is swingably engaged with play in the vertical direction, and the contact piece 16 drops off from the sliding body 14 when the switch is assembled. In addition, when the height of the movable contacts 16A and 16B at the end of the contact piece 16 and the height of the fixed contact vary, the contact piece 16 is inclined due to the play with the sliding body 14. Since the movable contacts 16A and 16B are evenly brought into contact with the fixed contact, stable contact between the contact piece 16 and the fixed contact can be obtained.

A guide groove 16F for the pin 18 is provided in the sliding direction of the lower surface of the central portion of the contact piece 16, and the guide groove 16F
By making the tip of the pin 18 elastically contact the lower surface of F,
Since the load of the spring 17 acts reliably on the center position of the contact piece 16 via the pin 18, the swinging operation of the contact piece 16 and the contact with the fixed contact can be ensured.

As shown in FIG. 7, notches 16G and 16H are provided on both sides of the center of the contact piece 16 to hold the contact piece 16 on the sliding body 14, and these are provided on both side faces of the sliding body 14. A similar effect can be obtained by a configuration in which the pawls 14G and 14H are swingably engaged with play in the vertical direction.
