Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized infiltration inlet capable of penetrating old rain water into the ground and storing new rain water at all times for use as watering and emergency water. SOLUTION: An infiltration inlet is provided with a cylindrical infiltration inlet part 1 buried in the ground, a water reserving part 2 which is installed internally on the infiltration inlet part 1 and stores rain water, a draining valve 5 which is installed at the bottom part of the water reserving part 2, and a valve rod 6 which operates the draining valve 5 from the ground. Also rain water first flows into the water reserving part 2 and stored there. The stored rain water is forced out in order as the rain fall is advanced, overflows from the water reserving part 2, and exhausted to the infiltration inlet part 1 and then penetrated into the ground. Thus new rain water is always stored for effective use.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in a city, in order to reduce the burden of rivers and sewage by infiltrating rainwater into the underground, a rainwater infiltration well or a rainwater infiltration basin is installed, or a water-permeable pavement is used for paving a road or the like. The use of wood has been done.
For example, in the case of a small rainwater infiltration basin for general houses,
A cylindrical or square cylinder without a bottom is buried in the ground, and the bottom is covered with gravel or the like.

On the other hand, as a large-scale rainwater seepage measure buried underground such as a road or a plaza, there is one shown in FIG. 2, for example. This is a large pipeline 2 from rivers and sewage.
First, a relatively small-capacity first storage tank (effective use tank) 22 for receiving first a large amount of rainwater sent via the first storage tank 1 and temporarily store rainwater overflowing from this storage tank 22 so as not to flow out at once. It has a double structure with a relatively large-capacity second storage tank (outflow suppression tank) 23. Both storage tanks 2
Gravel 24 is filled in each of the insides 2 and 23. The rainwater in the first storage tank 22 is pumped to the ground by the pump 25 and used for sprinkling and emergency water. On the other hand, the rainwater temporarily stored in the second storage tank 23 is discharged little by little through a thin pipeline 26 to a river or the like, and the remainder permeates into the ground. In this way, it is possible to prevent a large amount of rainwater from flowing at once and overflowing rivers, etc.
Part of them can be stored for effective use.

In recent years, the importance of emergency water in emergency situations such as disasters has been re-recognized, and there has been a demand for a means for storing emergency water using small-scale rainwater for home use. Has reached. However, conventional small-scale rainwater infiltration basins only allow rainwater to penetrate underground and cannot be used effectively. On the other hand, a large-scale rainwater infiltration basin as shown in FIG. 2 is considered for effective use of rainwater, but is not common in terms of the construction period and construction cost. After all, at present, the problem of a small-scale rainwater infiltration basin, which can store part of rainwater constantly and effectively use it as emergency water, remains unsolved.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS One embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In FIG. 1, an elongated permeation section 1 having a cylindrical shape, such as a cylinder or a square tube, is made of, for example, a synthetic resin resistant to corrosion, and is vertically elongated and buried in soil. The infiltration basin 1 is provided with a water tank 2 for storing rainwater.
The upper part of the water tank 2 is funnel-shaped, and the tip of the funnel extends in a cylindrical shape and is formed to be slightly shorter than the entire length of the infiltration basin 1. And it is inserted so that the opening of the upper end (top end) 1a of the permeation measure part 1 may be closed with a funnel-shaped part. An opening 4 is provided on the bottom surface 2a of the water tank portion 2,
A drain valve 5 for opening and closing the opening 4 is provided. The drain valve 5 can be operated from the ground by a valve stem 6 attached to the upper part.

[0010] The bottom opening of the infiltration basin 1 in which the water tank 2 is installed is a rainwater infiltration section 8 filled with a gravel layer. In addition, a support 9 may be provided at the lower part of the water tank section 2 mounted in the infiltration basin section 1 as needed. In addition, a lid 10 may be provided at the upper opening of the water tank section 2 to prevent inflow of earth and sand, dust and the like as much as possible.

Normally, the opening 4 on the bottom surface of the water tank 2 is closed by a drain valve 5. The rainwater once flows into the water tank 2 through a funnel-shaped portion on the upper part of the water tank 2 and is stored as the stored water 11. If the water level in the water tank 2 rises, the communication pipe 7
After that, the water overflows from the upper opening 7b, which is a drain outlet, and is drained. This accumulated water 12
It penetrates into the underground ground through the rainwater penetration part 8.

In this way, the rainwater is stored in the tank 2 in the storage water 1.
Stored as 1. In addition, since the old rainwater is pushed out toward the infiltration basin 1 by the newly flowing rainwater, new rainwater can always be stored. The stored water 11 can be effectively used for various purposes such as agricultural use, watering of the site, fire extinguishing, and emergency use at the time of disaster.

The sediment accumulated at the bottom of the water tank 2 can be easily discharged by pulling up the valve stem 6 of the drain valve 5 and opening the opening 4 on the bottom surface 2a. If heavy rain is expected,
The drainage valve 5 is opened in advance to drain the stored water 11 in the water tank unit 2, and the capacity of the water storage unit 1 is increased by using the volume of the infiltration basin unit 1.
