る。また、回動部3においては50〜100g/lとす
る。 (2)被膜厚さはネジ固定部2におていは5〜10μm
とする。回動部3においては20〜50μmとする。こ
れにより、ネジ固定部2においては潤滑性で面なじみ性
を持つ複合鍍金被膜が形成され、回動部3においては潤
滑性で耐摩耗性の複合鍍金被膜が共に容易な鍍金処理技
術により形成される。回動部3においては含有化合物粒
子が被膜母体中に分散し、その一部は表面に露頭する。
ふっ素化合物の場合は、この含有化合物粒子を加熱等に
より軟化もしくは溶解することにより表面に共析させて
共析被膜14として潤滑性を保つとともに、硬度を向上

動面7の相接面である。回動部3に施された被膜母体1
2に分散された含有化合物粒子13は一部が表面にて硬
質の共析被膜14となる。ネジ固定部2に施された、被
膜母体15は、少量の含有化合物粒子16による軟質の
摺動なじみ面17により摺動接面11を形成している。
図3はネジ固定部2の下板5にある雌ねじ18のネジ山
