Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 情報機器に接続された変復調装置又は電
話機のいずれか一方を選択的に切り換えて1つの回線に
接続する通話/データ通信自動切換装置において、 後述する各種割込信号を受けて、それぞれ受けた割込信
号に応じた各種制御信号を送出する集中制御手段と、 データ通信時において、前記電話機よりのオフフック信
号を検出したときに、通話割込信号を前記集中制御手段
へ出力し、また前記集中制御手段からの電話機呼出命令
信号を受けて前記電話機に呼出信号を送り、更に前記電
話機と相手側装置に接続している電話機との間の通話が
終了し、両電話機がオンフック状態となったことを検出
したときには、通話終了割込信号を前記集中制御手段へ
出力する電話機制御手段と、 前記通話割込信号に応じた集中制御手段からの通話要求
送信命令信号を受けて、前記回線を介して接続されてい
る相手側装置への通話要求信号を出力する制御データ送
信手段と、 前記通話割込信号に応じた集中制御手段からの変復調装
置停止命令信号が送られてきたときに、前記変復調装置
の状態情報を内蔵の記憶部に記憶保持させると共に前記
変復調装置へデータ送信休止命令信号を出力し、他方、
前記相手側装置からの前記通話要求信号を検出したとき
に、前記変復調装置の状態情報を内蔵の記憶部に記憶保
持させると共に前記変復調装置を停止させて、前記電話
機呼出命令信号を前記電話機制御手段へ出力させるため
の通話要求割込信号を前記集中制御手段へ出力し、更
に、前記通話終了割込信号に応じた集中制御手段からの
データ通信再開命令信号を受けて、前記記憶部に記憶保
持させておいた状態情報に基づいて前記変復調装置をデ
ータ通信停止時の状態に復帰さてデータ通信を再開させ
る変復調装置制御手段と、 前記通話割込信号に応じた集中制御手段よりの切換制御
信号を受けたときは、一旦、前記回線と前記制御データ
送信手段とを接続し、その後、前記回線と前記電話機と
を接続し、また前記通話要求割込信号に応じた集中制御
手段よりの切換制御信号を受けたときは、前記回線と前
記電話機とを接続し、更に前記通話終了割込信号に応じ
た集中制御手段よりの切換制御信号を受けたときは、前
記回線と前記変復調装置とを接続する通信切換手段とを
具備することを特徴とする通話/データ通信自動切換装
置。
