搬送コンベヤを配置し、このメイン搬送コンベヤには、
コンベヤチェーンを単位に横向きキャリヤ部と縦向きキ
ャリヤ部から構成されるL型キャリヤが列設され、L型
キャリヤは、コンベヤチェーンを支承案内するガイドレ
ールにしたがって倒れるように設けるとともに、メイン
搬送コンベヤに所要長さ並列し、かつそのメイン搬送コ
ンベヤと等速に移動するL型キャリヤ受けコンベヤが配
置され、縦向きキヤリヤ部が横向きに倒れたとき、その
先端側適所を支承し、メイン搬送コンベヤに移乗したキ
ャップ内面が未殺菌の容器を横に倒し、キャップの内面
に収容した内容液を浸してキャップの内面を殺菌し、再
びL型キャリヤをコンベヤチェーンを支承案内するガイ
ドレールにしたがって起立し、キャップ内面が殺菌済み
の容器を正立にして繰出コンベヤに移乗して出口部にキ
ャップ内面が殺菌済みの容器を送り出すことを特徴とす
るボトル等容器のキャップ内面殺菌装置。
