In the case where the above-described conventional liquid medicine spraying device is mounted, the following problems have occurred. (1) In the case of the former liquid agent spraying device 35, since the spraying tube 39 made of a hollow member is attached to the surface of the inclined edge as a large projection, during the crimping operation near the curbstone In addition, the spray pipe 39 comes into contact with the curb, so that not only can the road surface compacting work at the corner of the curb be performed smoothly, but also the pipe is deformed and damaged. Also, the spray tube fixing member 4
The components such as 0 and 41 have complicated shapes, and their production and processing are troublesome, leading to an increase in the cost of the entire apparatus. (2) Further, the latter liquid agent spraying device has an advantage that breakage of a spraying tube made of a hollow member can be prevented,
The guard plate 54 hinders the work of compacting the road surface at the corner of the curb smoothly, and the large number of members leads to an increase in the cost of the apparatus. For this reason, there has been a problem that the mobility of the plate compactor itself is impaired.

It is possible to change the design such as attaching a single piece to the center of the inclined edge or attaching three or more pieces at a predetermined interval. In the present embodiment, a hexagonal bolt of M10 size, which is a solid member, is used as the spray nozzle 3, and the tip of the hexagonal bolt 9, that is, the bolt head is separated from the inclined edge 13 a by the road surface as shown in FIG. 3. The screw portion penetrates a mounting hole formed at a predetermined position of the inclined edge portion 13a so as to protrude to the side to form a small nozzle head 3a, and the inclined edge portion 13 is formed by a spring washer 10 and a nut 11.
fixed to a. The hexagonal bolt 9 is provided with a liquid material passage hole 9a by drilling a hole from the end surface of the screw portion to the center of the bolt head, and the bolt head is formed by a drilling hole communicating with the liquid material passage hole 9a. Holes 9b and 9c are drilled (see FIG. 2). The spray holes 9b and 9c are drilled so that their hole axes are parallel to the surface of the inclined edge 13a, so that the liquid agent is sprayed along the surface of the inclined edge 13a. In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, each spray hole 9b is formed horizontally with the road surface and toward the center of the inclined edge 13a so that the liquid agent spray on the inclined edge 13a can be spread over the entire surface. And
The spray hole 9c is formed so that its hole axis is directed downward at the left and right sides of the inclined edge portion 13a at an angle of about 120 ° with respect to the hole axis of the spray hole 9b. Hex bolt 9
The liquid material supply hoses 5 and 6 are connected to the ends of the threaded portions, respectively, and fixed by a hose band 12.

As a result, there is no contact with curbs and the like, and a smooth road surface rolling operation is always achieved. Also,
The number of members is small, and the spray nozzle is not a hollow member such as a pipe, but is machined and used as a solid member, such as a hexagon bolt. It also has the advantage of being simple and inexpensive to manufacture. Since the liquid material is sprayed radially in the form of a mist due to the vibrating action of the compacting plate, the spray hole does not need to be completely parallel to the surface of the inclined edge, but a slight angle of inclination toward the surface of the inclined edge. Appropriate design changes are possible, such as drilling.

The hexagonal bolt 9 is mounted above the inclined edge 13a to such an extent as to be at the same position. With such a configuration, the frequency of contact with a stepped portion such as a curb is reduced, so that deformation and breakage of the spray nozzle can be prevented as much as possible.

The main feature of the present invention is that the spray nozzle is mounted on the inclined edge of the pressing plate so that the nozzle head protrudes smaller than the surface of the inclined edge, and the spray hole is substantially parallel to the surface of the inclined edge. The scope of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, but may be variously changed by appropriately changing the shape and the mounting position of each component without departing from the gist of the present invention. Application becomes possible.

(1) Since the spray nozzle is mounted to penetrate the inclined edge so that the tip end protrudes from the inclined edge of the pressing plate to the road surface side to form a small nozzle head, the spray nozzle is compared with the conventional liquid spraying apparatus. As a result, the frequency of contact with steps such as curbs is extremely reduced, and deformation and breakage of the spraying nozzle can be prevented as much as possible, and a smooth road surface compaction work can be realized at all times. In addition, since the number of members is small, assembling of the device is simplified and an inexpensive device is realized. (2) Further, the spray nozzle may be mounted such that its tip is located rearward of the tip of the inclined edge in the traveling direction of the pressing plate, or above the inclined edge to such an extent that it is substantially at the same position. If this is the case, the frequency of contact with steps such as curbs can be further reduced.
