2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as skin cleansing agents such as facial cleansers, fatty acid soaps such as potassium salts of higher fatty acids and the like are mainly used because they are inexpensive, have a high cleaning effect, and are easy to handle and use (good in use). Creamy skin cleansers have been used as an ingredient. Usually, in a creamy skin cleanser containing fatty acid soap as a main component, it is carried out to ensure its storage stability and high-temperature stability by using a superfatting agent or the like. The use of higher fatty acids having a high melting point, such as stearic acid, has been used to maintain the cream state at high temperatures.

However, the addition of a higher melting point higher fatty acid such as stearic acid is useful in terms of storage stability, but on the other hand, foaming is poor and skin after use is irritated. There is a tendency for the quality of the product to be adversely affected, such as a feeling of feeling and a firm feeling, which has been a drawback. Therefore, development of a creamy skin cleanser having high foaming power and imparting a good feel to the skin after rinsing and having good stability has been desired.

That is, the present invention relates to 15 to 45% by weight of a higher fatty acid containing lauric acid, myristic acid and palmitic acid and substantially not containing a fatty acid having 18 or more carbon atoms, and a total neutralized amount of the higher fatty acid. A creamy skin cleanser comprising 75 to 90% by weight of potassium hydroxide and containing 3 to 20% by weight of palmitic acid in the total composition.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail. Normally, higher fatty acids form soap with an alkali agent such as potassium hydroxide and serve as a cleaning base in a creamy skin cleanser. Particularly when potassium hydroxide is used, conventionally, a high melting point higher fatty acid such as stearic acid was blended in order to maintain stability, but in the present invention, a high melting point higher fatty acid such as stearic acid was not blended, By combining a specific higher fatty acid and further blending the amount of potassium hydroxide with respect to the higher fatty acid at a specific ratio of 75 to 90% of the complete neutralization amount of the fatty acid, a high foaming power, a cleaning effect, and an effect on the skin after rinsing. It has been found that a good feel is imparted and good stability is obtained. That is, a soap system comprising a higher fatty acid essentially containing lauric acid, myristic acid and palmitic acid and potassium hydroxide corresponding to 75 to 90% of the total neutralization amount of all higher fatty acids provides a high foaming power and a cleaning effect. And the stability of the system is remarkably improved by a specific amount of palmitic acid. Therefore, the present invention can obtain sufficient stability as a creamy skin cleanser without particularly mixing a gelling agent such as a water-soluble polymer and a nonionic surfactant, a powder, and the like. In addition, the creamy skin cleanser of the present invention comprises one carbon atom such as stearic acid and behenic acid.
Since it does not substantially contain eight or more fatty acids, the skin after rinsing does not have a squeaky feeling or a tight feeling and can impart a good feel.

As the higher fatty acid used in the present invention, lauric acid, myristic acid and palmitic acid are essential,
In addition, one or two or more other higher fatty acids other than fatty acids having 18 or more carbon atoms can be blended within a range that does not impair the effects of the present invention.

In the present invention, the blending amount of the higher fatty acid is 15 to 45% of the total composition, and particularly preferably 25 to 40%. If it is less than 15%, it tends to be liquid, and if it exceeds 45%, it may be too hard, and in any case, it is difficult to form a creamy form having good usability. Furthermore, the blending amount of palmitic acid, one of the higher fatty acids essential in the present invention, is 3% of the total composition of the creamy skin cleanser.
~ 20%. If it is less than 3%, sufficient stability may not be obtained, and if it exceeds 20%, foaming tends to be poor.

In the present invention, potassium hydroxide is used as an alkaline agent. As a result, a system that is difficult to obtain with other alkaline agents such as sodium hydroxide and triethanolamine and is more stable and usable as a creamy skin cleanser is obtained. In the present invention, the compounding amount of potassium hydroxide is 75 to 90%, more preferably 77 to 85% of the total neutralization amount of all higher fatty acids. If it is less than 75%, the concentration of the fatty acid soap produced is too low, and the concentration of the superfatting agent becomes too high, which has an adverse effect such as poor foaming and a feeling of squeak on the washed skin,
Satisfactory usability may not be obtained. If it exceeds 90%, agglomerates are generated at low temperatures and storage stability tends to be insufficient, and solubility in water tends to be poor, and the usability as a creamy skin cleanser tends to be poor.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION The creamy skin cleanser of the present invention is a system in which a potassium salt of a higher fatty acid and a superfatty agent are present as a mixture, and is used as a normal jar as a face wash, a cleansing agent, a creamy soap and the like. It is used by filling it into a mold container or a tube container. The creamy skin cleanser of the present invention can be produced by mixing a higher fatty acid and potassium hydroxide to neutralize a part of the higher fatty acid during the production process, And a free higher fatty acid can be mixed, and as a result, a cream-like detergent containing a higher fatty acid potassium salt and a superfatty agent does not fall outside the scope of the present invention.
