て従来法のような泡沫発生がなく、能率良く洗浄するこ
とができる。洗浄後のコンテナはさらに搬送され、後ケ
ース後部より外部に排出される。なお、洗浄部には配管
接続により、高圧ポンプにて洗液タンクより吸引された

浸漬方式を用いているが、ホルダーの回転速度を可変さ
せることで浸漬時間を設定でき、またコンテナ最下位置
にて回転を一定時間停止することで任意の浸漬時間を得
ることができる。なお図5にて示すように、洗浄枠に代
えて、ノズル回転機16に洗浄ノズル管17を取り付
け、同様の機構を搬送面下方に対向配設してもよい。こ
の場合は噴射液がその噴出角度を変えながら噴射するた
め、コンテナの隅々にまで洗浄液を当てることができ
て、より一層の洗浄効果を発揮することができる。以上
のように、本発明によって能率的にコンテナを洗浄する
