Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attempt copying a visionary silhouette of flowers and leaves arranged in a flower vase on the wall face of the flower vase for composing the flower vase of two layers of an outside semitransparent glass layer and an inside transparent glass layer and specifying the thickness of the outside semitransparent glass layer and the diameter and density of the air bubbles contained and by changing continuously the boundary of both glass layers. SOLUTION: A flower vase consists of two layers, an outside semi-transparent glass layer 1 and an inside transparent layer 2 and the inside light-permeability of flowers arranged is increased by installing a transparent layer in the inside. Further, the outside glass layer 1 is 1-3 times thicker than the inside transparent glass layer 2 and accommodates air bubbles of 1-1,000μm in diameter at 10<4> -10<8> /cm<3> in density, as well. Still further, the boundary between the transparent glass layer and the semi- transparent glass layer is continuously changed. Thus, when the inside flowers arranged reflect in the flower vase the received light, their visionary silhouette is copied on the wall plane simultaneously. The following figures are preferable when taking into consideration of light scattering and the like in that the semi-transparent layer 1 is 2-3 times thicker than the transparent layer 2 and in that the diameter of air babbles is 10-1000μm with 10'10<4> -10<6> /cm<3> in density.

[0010] The thickness of the translucent glass layer is one of that of the transparent glass layer.
If it is less than 2 times, and if the bubbles in it are less than 1 μm, the light is not sufficiently scattered and a fantastic silhouette is not formed. On the other hand, if the thickness of the translucent glass layer exceeds three times that of the transparent glass layer and the diameter of the bubbles exceeds 1000 μm, the shape of the silhouette is undesirably lost. Regarding the bubble density,
If the number is less than 4 / cm 3 , the diffusion of light is not sufficient, and if it exceeds 10 8 / cm 3 , the diffusion of light is too large, and in any case, a good silhouette cannot be formed. Diameter 1
A transparent layer containing bubbles of 1000 μm at a density of less than 10 4 cells / cm 3 and bubbles of the same diameter having a density of 10 4 to 10 8 bubbles / cm 3
The boundaries of the translucent layer encompassing in cm 3 are changing substantially continuously. The opaque glass layer may have a thickness two to three times that of the transparent glass layer, and the bubble diameter may be 10 to 10 times.
1000 μm, the density of bubbles is 10
It is more preferable that the number is 4 to 10 6 particles / cm 3 from the viewpoint of light scattering.

[0011] An example of a decorative article in which grapes are laid in the vase according to claim 1 and the silhouette thereof is projected on the side of the vase,
It is not far from the real thing, but is replicated and shown in FIG. 1 in FIG.
Is an outer translucent layer containing many fine bubbles, 2 is an inner transparent layer, and 3 is a quartz glass vase in which these are integrated. 4 is a flower arrangement, in this case a vine. Furthermore, when water was poured into the vase 3, the flower pattern received light and diffused in the water, and the beautiful shadow was projected on the wall surface of the vase 3, creating an unprecedented beauty. In addition, almost the same beautiful silhouette was formed even if artificial flowers were used instead of ikebana. In order to produce such a vase, for example, it can be easily produced by molding a fine powder of quartz as a raw material in a rotary mold, and then fusing it from the inside. That is, particles having a particle size of, for example, 200 μm are put into a vase-shaped rotary mold and rotated. Fine particles of quartz are pressed against the inside of the mold by centrifugal force, and in this state, arc melting is performed from the inside to make the inner layer a transparent glass layer and the outer layer a translucent glass layer. Thereafter, the molded product is removed from the mold to remove unmelted particles, burrs, and the like on the outer peripheral surface, and is again heated and softened to form a desired shape into a final shape that is excellent in decorativeness as a vase.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, a part of the outer semi-transparent glass layer is heated and melted, and this part is made into a transparent glass. The portion to be heated and melted may be one place on the outer transparent glass layer, or may be scattered at many places. It is also possible to add artistry by expressing a motif. The heating in this case is performed by a usual method of directly applying a flame of an oxyhydrogen gas burner to the translucent layer, for example. The heating temperature is about 1800 ° C. Thereby, a desired pattern can be drawn on the outer periphery of the vase.

Pour colorless and transparent water up to 10 cm from the upper edge of this vase, and immerse it in three bunch grapes and 1 meter long vines with four leaves and up to 5 cm at the base. did. In the vase, a bunch of grapes and three leaves were placed on the outer wall of the container. As a result, the bunches of grapes and the silhouettes of the leaves emerged through the walls of the container after being lit, giving a fantastic atmosphere. In addition, the purple-red color of the bunch of grapes and the pale green color of the leaves spread on the milky white container wall, and the whole was lightly colored. Furthermore, the harmony of the vines, tufts and leaves hanging on the outside of the container with the firm and neat texture of quartz glass was fantastic in a unique atmosphere. (Example 2) A cylindrical vase of the same shape and material as used in Example 1 was prepared. An appropriate portion of the outer periphery was heated for 1 minute by directly applying a flame of an oxyhydrogen gas burner directly from above. This resulted in a vase with a floating cloud pattern drawn around the vase. This is shown in FIG. In FIG. 2, 5 is a vase and 6 is a pattern. (Example 3) A cylindrical vase of the same shape and material as used in Example 1 was prepared. Round and rhombic patterns were drawn around the periphery with a copper sulfate solution and a cobalt oxide suspension. From there, the same flame of the oxyhydrogen gas burner as in Example 2 was applied directly to the translucent layer and heated for 10 minutes. This resulted in a vase with orange-red and pale yellow-green geometric patterns drawn around the vase. This is shown in FIG. In FIG. 3, 7 is a vase and 8 is a pattern. Example 4 A cylindrical vase of the same shape and material as used in Example 1 was prepared. A part of the outer periphery was cut into a stripped shape to remove the translucent glass on the outer periphery, and a pattern was drawn. This is shown in FIG. In FIG. 4, 9 is a vase and 10 is a pattern.

As described above, the vase of the present invention is a transparent glass vase composed of two layers, an outer translucent glass layer and an inner transparent glass layer. As a result, the fantastic silhouette of the ikebana was projected on the wall of the vase, creating a new world of beauty that was not possible in the traditional ikebana world with glass vase, ikebana, and daylight. Moreover, since such vase, which has been conventionally discarded as a defective industrial product, is used almost as it is, it can be produced extremely advantageously in terms of cost. Further, according to the invention of another claim, a pattern can be further added to the vase to make the vase more varied.
