Claims (3)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 炉内に水平搬送手段を上下2段に設けて
被熱物を夫々上下段にて炉長方向に搬送し得るようにし
た2段搬送式の高温度加熱炉と、該高温度加熱炉と同様
に水平搬送手段を上下2段に設けた2段搬送式の中温度
加熱炉と、前記高温度加熱炉の装入口に設けられていて
被熱物を上段または下段に振り分けする昇降テーブル
と、前記高温度加熱炉と中温度加熱炉との間に設けられ
該高温度加熱炉から抽出された被熱物を油槽中に浸漬さ
せる焼入装置と、前記中温度加熱炉の抽出口に設けられ
該中温度加熱炉から抽出された被熱物を水槽中に浸漬さ
せる冷却装置とからなることを特徴とした連続熱処理
炉。
1. A two-stage transfer type high-temperature heating furnace in which a horizontal transfer means is provided in a furnace in two upper and lower stages so as to be able to transfer an object to be heated in the furnace length direction in the upper and lower stages, respectively. As in the case of the temperature heating furnace, a two-stage conveyance type middle temperature heating furnace in which horizontal conveyance means are provided in two upper and lower stages, and a heating target provided in the loading port of the high temperature heating furnace and distributed to an upper stage or a lower stage. An elevating table, a quenching device provided between the high-temperature heating furnace and the medium-temperature heating furnace, for immersing a target object extracted from the high-temperature heating furnace in an oil bath, and extracting the medium-temperature heating furnace. A cooling device provided at a mouth for dipping the object to be heated extracted from the medium-temperature heating furnace into a water tank.
【請求項2】 高温度加熱炉と中温度加熱炉との間に高
温度加熱炉から抽出された被熱物を空冷するファンを設
けたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の連続熱処理炉。

【請求項3】 被熱物が炉長方向に搬送されるようにし
た連続熱処理炉において、燃焼火炎を高速で吹出す少な
くとも一対の高速バーナを炉体の一方の側壁の上部と他
方の側壁の下部に対設することにより炉内に燃焼火炎の
旋回流が形成されるようにすると共に、炉長方向につい
て前記高速バーナを入り違いに配設することにより被熱
物が搬送されるに従い該被熱物に交互に反対向の旋回流
が浴せられるようにしたことを特徴とする連続熱処理
炉。
3.
