で、長さが13cmのものを用いる。尚、この大きさは冷
蔵庫等の庫内(1)の広さや幅等によって決定される。
また電極板(2),(3)としてキリンス処理したステ
ンレス板を用いることにより、食品用に適したものとな
る。尚、食品用として鋼板やメッキ板等を用いると、有
害の恐れがあるので使用しない。(4)は脱臭装置本体
であり、該脱臭装置本体(4)には、AC100Vを6
V或いは12Vに変圧するトランス(41)と、該トラン
ス(41)で6V或いは12Vに変圧したものを交流から
直流に変換するための整流器(42)とが少なくとも具備
され、その他に、パイロットランプ(43),6V或いは
12Vの切替スイッチ(44),ヒュ−ズ(45),AC1
00Vを通電するか或いは切るかを選択する電源スイッ
チ(46)などが設けられている(図2参照)。

以上になると、人体への安全性に問題を生じる。又、電
源として電池や車用のバッテリ−などを利用し、キャン
プや屋外で生鮮食品を保存する容器に電極板(2),
(3)を配置させることにより、その内部の脱臭や生鮮
食品の腐敗を遅らせることが可能となる。

に入れる実験試料としては、1)レタス,ニラ,リンゴ等の
同じ野菜を購入し、それを半分に分けた。2)鳥肉にニン
ニクを入れて混ぜ焼肉用とした生ものを作り、同量ずつ
分けた。3)製氷器で水から凍らせて氷を作った。次に消
臭効果と生鮮度の比較実験のチェック方法として、庫内

触れたところ、ビリリと微弱電流が流れたが、人体に悪
影響を及ぼすほど強く感じなかった。更に冷蔵庫にも電
極板(2),(3)を配置する場合には、コンパクトな
設計で場所を取らず、何処でも設置できるため、手に持
ちそれを庫内(1)の内壁に貼り付けるだけでセットが
簡単にできる。また作用効果が低下した際には電極板
(2),(3)の表面を奇麗に拭き取れば、直ぐに元の
作用効果が発揮出来るものとなる。尚、前記電極板
(2),(3)の表面を拭いても奇麗にならなくなった
際には交換すれば良く、この時には、電極板(2),
(3)を手で剥がして新しいものと取替えれば、他の部
品は交換することなくそのまま使用できる。しかも、前
記実施形態のものは動く部分がないので、故障が殆どな
く、且つ電極板(2),(3)に6V電圧の0.15mA電流
を流した時の電気代が1ヵ月で6円〜9円で大変経済的
なものであることが確認出来た。
