Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the production of a nose pad and to enable mass production at a low cost, in spite of having extremely high fitness by integrally connecting the top ends of projecting members to each other with a beam member to constitute a spring mechanism part and integrally providing this beam member with a box coupling block. SOLUTION: The nose pad body 1 made of a synthetic resin is integrally implanted with the short projecting members 3 at plural points in the major axis direction of its rear surface side 2. The top ends of the projecting members 3 are integrally connected by the beam member 4 to constitute the spring mechanism. The box coupling block 7 coupled to a box 6 disposed at the front end of a nose pad mounting arm 5 is integrally mounted at nearly the center of the beam member 4. As a result, a free mounting angle and position may be displaced. Then, the spectacles may be well fitted to the bridge of a person wearing the spectacles. Since the entire part is integrally formed, the mass production of the nose pads at a low cost is made possible.

In order for the nose pad to exhibit its function, the nose pad itself has moderate flexibility and freely swings not only in the vertical and horizontal directions but also in all directions with respect to the nose pad mounting foot. It is necessary to be able to fit the nose bridge of an eyeglass user who is not the same as one person, but in the past, there were very few nose pads that could meet this demand. This was partly because the nose pad was a small part and was not very costly.

[0004] In addition, since it is a small member, as the number of parts increases, its assembly becomes troublesome, and it has an essential feature that the manufacturing cost is dramatically increased. The dilemma of constantly struggling with the need to reduce manufacturing costs has not been avoided even if efforts have been made to provide such products.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an embodiment of a nose pad having excellent fitting properties according to the present invention.
In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a nose pad body made of a synthetic resin, which has an oval shape. Then, short projecting members 3 are integrally implanted from a plurality of locations in the long diameter direction of the back side 2,
The upper ends of the projecting members 3 are integrally connected by a beam member to form a spring mechanism 10. In this embodiment, the projecting members 3 are planted from two places, but may be planted from three places or more than three places.

Further, a box connecting block 7 which is connected to a box 6 provided at the tip of a nose pad mounting foot 5 extending from an eyeglass frame (not shown) is formed substantially at the center of the beam member 4. Is mounted. In the figure, reference numerals 8 and 9 denote through holes used for connecting the box 6 and the box connecting block 7.

The nose pad body 1, the projecting member 3, the beam member 4, and the box connecting block 7 are all integrally formed of a synthetic resin. However, in view of elasticity and flexibility, a soft elastomer such as polyester or polyethylene is used. Is most preferably used. In this embodiment, the spring mechanism section 10 composed of the projecting member 3 and the beam member 4 is formed in a substantially ∩ shape when viewed from the lateral direction. It is only necessary that the nose pad body 1 is in a state of floating from the nose pad body 1.

In this embodiment, the protruding members 3 are respectively implanted from the peripheral portion in the major diameter direction.
As shown in FIG. 3, the plant may be planted from a position deviated inward from the peripheral edge portion, or may be planted from two locations in the minor diameter direction as shown in FIG.

In this embodiment, the box connecting block 7 is inserted and connected to the box 6 of the nose pad mounting foot 5 as shown in FIG. Since the spring mechanism 10 is constituted by the beam member 4, not only the swinging movement in the direction of arrow A around the through holes 8 and 9 but also the vertical movement in the direction of arrow B, and the swinging movement in the directions of arrows C and D. The mounting angle and the position can be freely displaced in accordance with external force such as movement.

As described above, the nose pad according to the present invention has a very high degree of freedom of displacement of the mounting position, so that it can be fitted well to the nose bridge of the eyeglass user who is not the same as everybody. This has an excellent effect that the glasses can be held at the correct position without causing the glasses to slip down. Also, since the whole is integrally molded, it is easy to manufacture, the production process is extremely small compared to the conventional one, and it has an excellent effect that it can be mass-produced at low cost. It is typical.
