Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control member which extends its pressure receiving area, conform to the surface configuration of an object, and increase fixing force when it holds a cable or when it is in close contact with a mounting base and the like. SOLUTION: The projected end face 12a of each projected streak 12 is formed into a shape of recessed face having long side edges 12a', 12a' as the tops. Both the tops receive pressure to be spread outward tosimultaneously generate a pressure receiving area extending action which extends the pressure receiving area to hold an object extensively by reactive force, a shape-responding action by which both the tops conform to the surface configuration of the object to be held, and an adhesive bonding action which remove the air in the recessed part to adhere to the object. Even when undulation occurs at the vibration, noise generating part (for example, a cable) 100 or dimensional distortions of the diameter of the outer peripheral surface are partially generated, the projected streaks conform to (imitate) the surface configuration of the object to firmly fix the object to be held, extensively.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a vibration isolating member used in a machine or the like that generates vibration or noise has a structure shown in FIG. That is, it has a cross-sectional structure in which rectangular ridges 42 are integrally formed over the entire front and back surfaces of the substrate 1 made of natural rubber, chloroprene, or the like so as to be parallel to the direction orthogonal to the back-to-back shape. This vibration isolating member is interposed between the mechanical equipment B and the mounting base C in the mechanical equipment as shown in FIG. Although not shown, one or more appropriate number of equal-diameter or different-diameter semi-conductors are used to support a cable (feeding line or the like) for connecting an antenna of a broadcasting station to a broadcasting facility or a transmitting / receiving facility in the station building. A plurality of divided bodies having circular concave portions on one of the front and rear surfaces or both front and rear surfaces are configured to be connected to each other by stud bolts with the semicircular concave portions facing each other. A molded neoprene vibration isolator is previously attached to the inner surface of the semicircular recess of each of the divided bodies in advance,
The cable is gripped by the elastic repulsion function of the vibration isolating member by stud bolting.

However, the ridges 42 satisfy satisfactory undulations such as the surface shape of the mounting base C and the back surface shape of the mechanical equipment B, and the close contact and gripping according to the outer peripheral surface shape of the cable. It was not something. That is, since the protruding ridge 42 has a flat end surface, when an elastic crushing force is applied at the time of close contact with a mounting base or the like and a cable is gripped, the intermediate height portion swells and deforms to generate a repulsive force. The surface simply deforms along the undulation or the outer peripheral surface of the cable, and the pressure receiving area hardly changes between no load and when loaded, and the undulation and the outer surface of the cable follow the outer surface of the cable Is scarce. In this case, when undulation occurs, when the outer peripheral surface of the cable is not a perfect circle, or when the cable has a spiral shape, it is not advantageous in receiving pressure over a wide range or holding the same evenly.

According to the above technical means, the following effects are obtained. In the mechanical equipment, for example, the protruding end surface of the ridge is interposed between the mechanical equipment and the mounting base, and in this state, the mechanical equipment and the mounting base are connected by mounting hardware (for example, bolting). Further, in the cable support device, for example, as described above, each of the divided bodies is attached to the inner surface of the semicircular concave portion, and the divided bodies are stud-bolted with the cable positioned between the divided bodies. Then, since the protruding end surface of the ridge has a concave shape with the long edges on both sides as tops, each long edge on both sides expands outward under pressure and expands the pressure receiving area, and close contact with a wide range of repulsive force Alternatively, the gripping pressure receiving area expanding action and the long edges on both sides simultaneously generate a shape adapting action along the surface shape of the target portion and a close contact action by eliminating air in the recess. Due to this, even if undulation occurs in the vibration or noise generating part or the part to which the vibration or noise is transmitted, or even if the diameter of the outer peripheral surface partially changes, it conforms to the surface shape and closely follows Closely contact the wide area of the target area, and firmly fix the wide area of the grip target area.

The crushing force acts not only on the substrate 1 but also on the ridges 2... Of the vibration isolating member A used in this manner. At this time, the protruding end faces of the ridges 12a are long edges 12a ', 12 on both sides.
Since it has a concave shape with a 'as the top, the expandability expands the pressure receiving area by applying pressure to both the tops and expands the pressure receiving area. Along with the adaptability, it is possible to simultaneously generate the adhesion by excluding the air in the recess. Therefore, even if undulations occur on the surface of the mounting base C, it becomes possible to receive the pressure evenly over the entire ridges 12 in the correlation of the expandability, responsiveness, and adhesion. No, groove 32 ...
Exhibits soundproofing function in the air layer. The ridges 22 have an auxiliary function of being crushed to the extent that they are slightly line-contacted during use, and a function of maintaining the entire strength of the vibration isolating member A at a predetermined level.

The vibration isolating member A used in this manner has an expandability in which the long edges 12a ', 12a' on both sides are expanded outward by receiving pressure to expand the pressure receiving area, as in the above embodiment. The responsiveness along the surface shape of the portion to be pinched by the deformation function of the both tops, and the adhesion by eliminating the air in the recess are simultaneously generated, even if the cable 100 has a partially different diameter, for example. Even if the outer peripheral surface has a spiral shape due to coating, it follows the shape and expands the pressure receiving area to stably grip a wide range of the gripping target area, and exhibits soundproofing in the air layer of the groove 32 ... I do. Therefore, it is possible to avoid the concentration of stress on a certain ridge and to hold the ridge substantially evenly, thereby improving the durability.

As described above, according to the present invention, the projecting end surface of the ridge is formed into a concave shape having the long edges on both sides as tops. The pressure receiving area expands and expands and closes or grips with repulsive force over a wide range, and both tops closely conform to the surface shape of the target part and grip target part, and the close contact function by eliminating air in the recess Is generated at the same time, if there is undulation in the part where vibration and noise are generated and the part to which vibration and noise are transmitted, or the diameter of the outer peripheral surface of the cable is deviated, and furthermore, the outer peripheral surface of the cable becomes Even if it is coated in a spiral shape, it conforms (follows) to the corresponding surface shape portion of the close target portion and the grip target portion, and then firmly contacts the surface shape corresponding portion of the close target portion. Securely fix the part corresponding to the surface shape. Therefore, by the function of the ridge having the concave end surface, a certain ridge can be uniformly pressure-received or gripped by the entire ridge without locally receiving concentrated stress. It is possible to provide an anti-vibration member that exhibits an effect of excellent durability for supporting in a stable state.
