Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold-keeping container in place of another container made of foamed styrol resin. SOLUTION: This container is comprised of a double-structure including an intermediate box 1 of rectangular shape for storing a food 7 to be frozen such as frozen food and a heat regenerative material 8 and an outer box 11 of rectangular shape for holding the intermediate box 1 in hanging state with a predetermined space between upper and lower both surfaces and each of the four side surfaces of the intermediate box 1. In addition, an air layer is present between the intermediate box 1 and the outer box 11 sealingly closed with a sealing tape or the like at a clearance in the outer box 11 so as to perform a thermal insulation with a layer of air.

Such refrigerated containers made of styrofoam resin are often used as one-way containers, making them difficult to recycle, and are also difficult to dispose of, and also contribute to the generation of large amounts of industrial waste. ing. Therefore, the present invention has been made with the object of providing a cold storage container that replaces the styrofoam resin having various problems as described above, and an outer box that can be assembled and disassembled by disposing a middle box filled with a cold storage product and a cold storage material. It has a double structure in which it is held in a suspended state inside, and an air layer is appropriately provided between each side of the inner box and the outer box, and the air circulation of these air layers is fixed so that the heat insulation effect is maintained. It is intended to do so.

The inner box 1 is made of paperboard, and the outer boxes 11, 1
1a can be used repeatedly by forming it from corrugated cardboard. The surfaces of the outer boxes 11 and 11a are preferably formed in glossy white or silver with good heat reflectivity to prevent radiant heat. In addition, the outer boxes 11, 11a and the inner box 1 are not limited to the above-mentioned paper, and may be formed of plastic or metal.

As described above, the refrigerating container according to the present invention has a structure in which the upper and lower surfaces and the four side surfaces of the inner box containing the refrigerating material and the regenerator material are kept in the outer case at equal intervals. Is held between the outer box and the inner box by sealing the outer box by applying a sealing tape to the gap between the opposing butting ends of the lid and bottom pieces of the outer box and the side wall. The air is fixed in the outer box without the convection of the air layer, and is insulated.
In addition, since the support pieces extended to the lid piece and the bottom piece above and below the middle box and the outer box are fixed by line contact, the four sides of the middle box and the outer box are stabilized even when nothing is interposed. . Thus, the refrigerating container of the present invention allows the cooled air to be present in the space between the inner box and the outer box in a state where conduction and convection do not occur, thereby obtaining an excellent refrigerating effect. it can.
In addition, the cold storage container of the present invention has a simple structure and is easy to manufacture, and the outer box can be easily assembled and disassembled so that it can be recycled. When made of paper, it can be recycled, and has many advantages such as effective utilization of resources and less pollution and industrial waste.
