Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the remaining of a cut powder on the inner peripheral surface and bottom side of a tool even after work and to enhance workability by providing a longitudinally freely extensible tank in a drilling tool and providing the freely extensible small diameter cut powder discharge hose piercing through the tank. SOLUTION: An adaptor 3 becoming a discharge port is provided between a rotary tool 1 and the almost columnar core drill (drilling tool) 2 attached to the rotary tool 1 and dust is sucked by a dust collector 4. The core drill 2 has a tank 5 composed of a freely extensible bellows part 5a and the cut powder discharge hose having small diameter freely extensible bellows 6a piercing through the tank 5 built therein and a smooth plate 9 having a plurality of projections provided thereto is provided to the under surface of the tank 5. The cut powder discharge hose 6 large in caliber but small in diameter of the core drill 2 is constant in diameter and the vol. of the space between the upper surface of concrete and the smooth plate 9 is constant by the projections 8 and, therefore, stable dust collection becomes possible even in all drilling depths.

方法からの2通りの排出手段がある。コア外径側の場
合、切粉がコアと被削材の隙間から排出されるため、そ
の位置にリング状のパットを設置し、パットと集塵ホー
スの接続により集塵する。コア内径側では、コアドリル
と回転工具の間に集塵ホースをつなぐアダプタを設ける
構造となる。両者の集塵性を比較すると、コア内径側の
方が外径側よりも密閉度が高いため、良好である。

も小径である切粉除去ホース6の径が一定であり、且つ
コンクリート上面と平滑板9の間の空間の体積は突起8
により常に一定であるため、あらゆる穿孔深さにおいて
も安定した集塵が可能となる。

コアドリル2において安定した切粉10の集塵が可能と
なり、作業性、衛生の面で優れた切粉除去装置を提供す
ることができる。
