Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable simple and reliable retention of writing implements in a necessary place by a method wherein a stretchable tubular hook-and loop fastener is formed, while a plane-shaped hook-and-loop fastener corresponding to the tubular fastener and having the plane-shaped rear side coated with an adhesive is formed separately from the tubular fastener, and these fasteners are provided as one set. SOLUTION: A stretchable tubular hook-and-loop fastener 1 is formed and, on the other hand, a plane-shaped hook-and-loop fastener 2 corresponding to the tubular fastener and having the rear side coated with an adhesive is formed. At the time of the use, a writing implement is inserted into the tubular hook-and-loop fastener 1, while the plane-shaped hook-and-loop fastener 2 corresponding thereto is stuck on a proper spot in a place where the writing implement is used. In this case, retention of a pen, a tool or the like is also enabled by providing a non-slip fitting on the contact surface of the fastener 1 with the writing implement or by changing the diameter of the fastener 1.
