するプロトコル検出手段と、 このプロトコル検出手段にて通信プロトコルが検出され
ると、この検出された通信プロトコルと合致する契約者
通信端末の通信プロトコルが、前記プロトコル記憶手段
内にあるか否かを判定するプロトコル判定手段と、 前記データ判定手段にて該当する契約者通信端末の識別
