However, in the above-mentioned prior art, although the workability when attaching the middle hooks during the machine changing operation is improved, the middle hooks are detached one by one for each heald frame. Therefore, it takes a lot of time to remove and attach all the middle hooks. That is, four to eight heald frames are usually used per loom, and about 16 heald frames may be used depending on the type of cloth. The middle hook hanger 5 has 10 to 15
The heald bars 4 are firmly fixed to the heald frame 1 by providing them at equal intervals. Therefore, for example, even when four heald frames are used and ten middle hook hangers 5 are provided above and below the heald frame 1, a total of 80 upper and lower heald frames need to be attached and detached. In the case of the conventional technique in which the individual parts are detached one by one, it takes a lot of time. For this reason, it is also known that the heald frames are replaced for each heald frame without attaching and detaching the middle hooks. It is necessary to newly install a large-scale preparation device for performing preparatory work, such as bringing in, and it is difficult to adopt it because it requires enormous costs such as equipment changes.

The middle hook 3 is generally formed of an elastic resin material. In the present embodiment, when the holding guide 25 holds the middle hook 3,
Is slightly press-fitted, the dimensions of the holding guide 25 are determined, whereby the middle hook 3 is firmly held,
The middle hook 3 does not fall even when the main body 2a faces downward. The holding guide 25 is located below the upper part 4a of the heald bar 4 inserted into the middle hook 3, as shown by the two-dot chain line in FIG.
Thus, when the heald bar 4 is detached from the middle hook 3, the hook head 31 side is sufficiently elastically deformed, and the middle hook 3 is firmly restrained by the holding guide 25.
The heald bar 4 can be easily taken out. Furthermore, the pair of plate members 22 and 23 have both side portions A and B respectively.
There are provided through grooves 24 through which the heald bars 4 connected to the middle hooks 3 for the number of the heald frames can be inserted from the opening 21. As described above, the main body portion 2a can simultaneously hold the middle hooks 3 corresponding to the number of heald frames at both sides A and B at once, so that
Desorption work can be performed for a row of locations.

Next, as an operation of the above-described embodiment, a procedure for attaching and detaching the middle hook at the time of changing the machine will be described with reference to FIGS.
This will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 3 (a)
FIG. 2A is an explanatory view of a main part of FIG.
3 shows a cross section cut along a plane parallel to both (an upright plane). FIG. 3B is a plan view showing the main body 2a side of FIG. 3A, and partially shows a cross section obtained by cutting a dashed line C along a horizontal plane. Here, when performing the work of unloading, FIG.
(A) is grasped on the right side portion B of the main body portion 2a shown in the figure, and the left side portion A of the main body portion 2a is brought in so as to bridge the lower side of the upper part of the plurality of heald frames 1 shown in the drawing, and the holding guide 25 is connected to each heald. The heald frames 1 are positioned so as to face each other, that is, directly below the middle hooks 3 of each heald frame 1. At this time, the middle hook 3 and the holding guide 25 are in the state shown in FIG. Next, as shown in FIG. 2 (b), the middle hook 3 is inserted from the opening portion 21 and held in a line in the longitudinal direction of the main body 2a.

Since about 15 parts are provided at equal intervals, the parts other than the parts shown in the above embodiment are switched to the left part A of the main body 2a while holding the middle hook 3, and the right part B is used. The middle hook 3 is held. Further, in order to remove the middle hook 3 at another place, the middle hook 3 held at both sides A and B may be taken out and used again, but it is preferable that another middle hook detaching device be used without taking out the middle hook 3. It is better to use 2. In this case, the mounting operation from FIG. 2D to FIG. 2A can be performed while holding the middle hooks 3 on both side portions A and B even during the hanging operation. The detachability can be performed without touching the middle hook 3, and the workability is extremely good.

In the main body 2a of the above embodiment, both sides A and B are provided around the center 2b, and a plurality of heald frames 1 are provided.
Although the middle hooks 3 of the number of the middle hooks 3 can be detached and attached in two places, the side parts A and B may be divided at the center part 2b. At this time, for example, if the number of heald frames is eight,
When the number of the middle hooks 3 increases, for example, four rows of the middle hooks 3 are detached and attached, and the main body 2a is small at that time, so that the workability is good. Further, if the same shape as the both side parts A and B provided on the main body 2a of the above embodiment is symmetrically provided on the upper and lower sides of the main body 2a, the detaching work is performed in a total of four places on the left, right, upper and lower sides. It is possible,
Thereby, the number of the middle hook attaching / detaching devices 2 can be further reduced.

FIGS. 4A to 4C show another embodiment of the present invention. In the above embodiment, the case where the holding guide 25 is constituted by a plurality of pins is shown. Then, the holding guide 35 formed with the concave portion 35a for holding the middle hook 3
Is integrally formed between a pair of plate-like members 22 and 23. If this is integrally formed of a resin material, the work of assembling the holding guide 35 and the like becomes unnecessary and the weight is low because the The work of attaching and detaching the hook 3 is also improved. In addition, between the concave portions 35a above the holding guide 35, U as an elastic member is provided.
When the middle hook 3 is inserted and held in the concave portion 35a, the leaf spring 50 acts so as to clamp the middle hook 3 by the urging force, so that the holding state is improved. Thus, even if the main body 2a is turned upside down, the middle hook 3 can be reliably prevented from dropping.

FIG. 4B shows a holding guide 45 having a concave portion 45a for holding the middle hook 3 as in FIG. 4A.
Is formed integrally between the pair of plate-like members 22 and 23, and an enlarged portion 45a is formed on the open side of the concave portion 45a so that the middle hook 3 can be easily inserted into the concave portion 45a. A highly flexible resin material such as urethane 51 is adhered to the concave portion 45a, so that the urethane 51 adheres to the middle hook 3 while being deformed following the shape of the middle hook 3, and the elastic force and the frictional force cause the urethane 51 to adhere. 3 can be reliably held. Note that rubber or the like may be used instead of the urethane 51 as the resin material having high flexibility. FIG.
As shown in the figure, a holding guide 25 composed of a plurality of pins
It is needless to say that a leaf spring or a highly flexible resin material may be attached to the holding guide 25 even when the holding guide 25 is provided. FIG. 4C shows a case in which the handle 52 is provided below the main body 2a. With this, when the main body 2a is rotated clockwise in FIG. 2D, the handle 52 is grasped. Thereby, workability is improved.
