The seat belt is a two-point seat belt that restrains the waist of a seated person. With this seat belt mounting structure, when the user jumps up without using the flip-up seat, the seat belt of this seat and the fasteners for the belt can be stored under the same plane as the floor surface, so that the seat belt or the like obstructs the passenger when getting on and off. Never be. In addition, by installing an opening / closing lid that forms the same plane as the floor surface in the recess, the seat belt and the like can be prevented from being soiled.

A method of using the bus having the guide seats configured as described above will be described. When using the guide seat 19, first, the handle 29 is operated to release the lock device (not shown), and the seat cushion 19a is rotated in the direction indicated by the solid arrow in FIG. At this time, the second link 22 rotates about the second fixed pin 22a in the direction of the dashed-dotted arrow, and the first link 21 rotates about the first fixed pin 21a in the direction of the broken arrow. Each of the members 21 and 22 holds the seat cushion 19a at the horizontal position by reaching the position shown in FIG. That is, the links 21 and 22 reaching the position shown in FIG. 5 interfere with each other, thereby preventing the seat cushion 19a from rotating further downward from the horizontal position.
Is kept in a horizontal position.

Next, the arm 27 folded on the upper surface of the seat cushion 19a is rotated about the third pin 23 together with the seat back 19b in the direction indicated by the solid line arrow in FIG. When the seat back 19b reaches the position indicated by the two-dot chain line when the seat back 19b rotates around the 4-pin 24 in the direction of the dashed arrow, the guide seat 19 is deployed to a usable state. Further, a bus guide or a passenger, not shown, sits on the guide seat 19, pulls the tongue plate 36 loosely fitted to the webbing 32 of the three-point seat belt 20 toward the chest, and moves the inner belt 3 accommodated in the recess 17a.
4 and pull the buckle 33 to the waist
6 is locked to the buckle 33. As a result, the three-point seat belt 20 reliably restrains the waist and chest of the bus guide or the attendant, so that the restraint performance of the bus guide or the attendant is improved.

When the guide seat 19 is returned from the used state to the non-used state, the inner belt 34 and the guide seat 19 are moved in the reverse order of the above-described procedure to remove the inner seat 34 and the guide seat 19 from the recess 1 of the lower cabinet 17.
7a, and the bottom surface of the seat cushion 19a is substantially flush with the front surface of the lower cabinet 17, so that the guide seat 19 does not obstruct the occupants or passengers (not shown) from getting on and off, and the appearance of the front surface of the cabinet 16 is improved. As described above, according to the present invention, a cabinet is provided at the front of the cabin of the bus, a foldable guide seat is provided at the front of the cabinet, and the guide seat is restrained by a occupant. Since the point-type seat belt is attached to the cabinet, the occupant sitting on the guide seat with the guide seat deployed when using the guide seat restrains his / her body by the three-point seat belt. As a result, the waist and the chest of the occupant are securely restrained, so that the restraint performance of the occupant of the guide seat is improved as compared with the two-point seat belt. Also, one end of the webbing of the three-point seat belt is attached to the cabinet via a wrap outer anchor, and the other end is taken up by a retractor attached to the cabinet. A tongue extending substantially vertically in one side, a buckle at the base end of the inner belt attached to the other side of the guide seat in the front of the cabinet, and further detachably locked to the buckle If the plate is loosely fitted to the webbing, the occupant of the deployed guide seat can simply restrain the tongue plate to the buckle, and the waist and chest of the occupant can be reliably restrained by the three-point seat belt. As a result, the same effect as above can be obtained.

The wrap outer anchor is attached to the lower part of the front of the cabinet, the retractor is stored in the interior of the cabinet, and the other end of the webbing is attached to the center of the front of the cabinet in the vertical direction. If the retractor is configured to be wound up by the retractor through the insertion hole formed in the cabinet, the relatively large retractor is stored inside the cabinet, so that the appearance of the front surface of the cabinet is not spoiled. Further, if the guide seat has a seat cushion and a seat back, and the seat cushion and the seat back are configured to be stored in a concave portion formed on the front surface of the cabinet when folded, the seat cushion and the seat cushion are not used when the guide seat is not used. Since the seat back is accommodated in the recess at the front of the cabinet, the guide seat does not obstruct the occupants and passengers from getting on and off.
