Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a dissolved oxygen amount in bath water by mixing gas in the bath water before the bath water reaches a pump. SOLUTION: A unit A incorporating a suction port 1 and a top filter 2 and a unit C provided with an ejection port 7 are arranged inside a bathtub V, and a unit B for which a purifying cylinder 3, a heater 4, the pump 5 and a flow switch 6 are successively provided is installed on the outside of the bathtub V. A gas flow rate control means 12 is connected immediately before the pump 5 by a pipe line 10 as a gas mixing means and it is provided with a solenoid valve 11. Thus, the gas is taken into the pump 5. The bath water is sucked from the suction port 1 of the unit A, a solid portion is removed in the top filter 2 and it is purified in the purifying cylinder 3. Then, after being passed through the heater 4, the gas from the gas mixing means 10 is mixed in. Thus, the dissolved oxygen amount in the bath water is increased and purifying performance is improved.

2. Description of the Related Art In a conventional bath water circulation device, an orifice is formed at a discharge port for returning bath water to a bath tub so that a bather can enjoy a massage effect by a gas-mixed water flow, and a negative pressure generated there is used. The type which mixes gas into bath water is common. However, the gas discharged into the bathtub remains large bubbles and does not dissolve much in the bath water,
Most are escaping into the atmosphere. Therefore, in the conventional bath water circulation device, even if a gas is mixed into the bath water, the amount of dissolved oxygen tends not to increase so much.

[0003] However, if mixed gas is used, it is preferable to increase the amount of dissolved oxygen in the bath water. In other words, in such a device, it is preferable to propagate aerobic purification bacteria in the purification cylinder to perform purification. It is common and it is important to increase the amount of dissolved oxygen in the bath water from the viewpoint of promoting the activity of this bacterium, especially when the dissolved oxygen amount in the bath water decreases, the activity of the purifying bacteria slows down. Not only is the purification of the bath water not carried out, but also anaerobic bacteria have become dominant, and bad odors and turbidity appear. Further, an orifice is provided at the discharge port for mixing gas, which causes a pressure loss and leads to a loss of energy, and also mixes the gas at the time of intake or into bath water. When a sound is generated and an attempt is made to supply dissolved oxygen in a predetermined amount or more into the bath water, a large amount of gas is required, so this becomes more prominent and the sound becomes noisy. Can also be uncomfortable because of the large volume.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The bath water circulating apparatus of the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to embodiments. FIG. 1 is a conceptual diagram showing the flow of bath water in the bath water circulation device system of the present invention. In the figure, A and C are units disposed in bath water of bath tub V, and B is disposed outside bath tub V. Unit. The unit A has a built-in suction port 1 and a top filter-2. In the unit B, a purifying tube 3, a heater 4, a pump 5, and a flow switch 6 are sequentially connected. And
The unit C is provided with a discharge port 7. Now, just before the pump 5, it is connected by a pipe 10 as a gas mixing means, which is provided with a solenoid valve 11 (or a manual valve), from which gas is taken.

Speaking mainly of the bath water in the bath water circulation device, the bath water is first sucked through the suction port 1 of the unit A, the solid content is removed by the top filter-2, and the unit B is removed.
For example, various bacteria in the bath water are purified by, for example, barley stone, activated carbon or the like in the purification column 3 inside the bath. Then, the bath water is heated to an appropriate temperature by a heater-4, and furthermore, by a pump 5. Pressurized and discharged from the discharge port 7 of the unit C into the bathtub, the bathwater thus circulates constantly in the bathtub and the bathwater circulation device.

Now, in the bath water circulation device of the present invention,
A gas mixing means is provided in the unit B. In this example, a pipe 10 as a gas mixing means is connected between the heater 4 and the pump 5. However, a negative pressure is generated in front of the pump 5, so that a so-called orifice is formed, and the gas can be mixed into the bath water only by providing an opening to the atmosphere in the pipeline without creating a negative pressure. Therefore, the pipeline resistance can be reduced, and as a result, the energy loss of the pump can be reduced. After the gas is mixed into the bath water, the gas is finely stirred by the impeller of the pump, melted into the bath water, and then discharged from the discharge port into the bath tub. In addition, the arrangement position of the gas mixing means 10 in the system can be arbitrarily selected.

In the bath water circulation device of the present invention, it is important conditions that the dissolved oxygen amount in the bath water can be increased, and that the dissolved oxygen amount is important for the activity of the purification bacteria in the purification column 3.
It can be expected that purification performance will be greatly improved.

Further, since the gas agitated by the impeller of the pump 5 is discharged as fine bubbles from the discharge port, the bather can apply a part of the body to this water flow to provide a comfortable massage effect. Can be obtained.

The provision of the gas mixing means on the suction side of the pump means that when the bath water is not circulating in the bath water circulating device, gas enters the bath water from the gas mixing means, and the bath water is pumped. May interfere with the circulation.
Therefore, it is effective to provide a valve so that the gas mixing means can be opened and closed as required. Then, the flow rate of the bath water from the flow rate detecting means such as the flow switch 6 is detected, and based on the detected flow rate, the pipeline 10 is closed, and the flow rate of the pump is prevented from being reduced to prevent idling. Also, control is performed so that the valve 11 is closed at the time of starting, the pump is started and the valve 11 is opened when the flow rate of the bath water exceeds a predetermined value, and the pump is stopped after the valve 11 is closed at the time of further stopping. Is preferred.

The pipe 10 may be provided with a gas flow control means such as a variable throttle device 12 if necessary. The amount of dissolved oxygen in the bath water can be controlled by changing the opening / closing amount of the pipe 10, and the pump 11 is prevented from running idle by eliminating the valve 11 and reducing the gas flow rate. Is also possible.

According to the present invention, the solubility of oxygen in the bath water can be improved as compared with the conventional method. As a result, the activity of the purifying bacteria becomes active, and the purification performance of the bath water circulation device is improved. Can be expected. In addition, there is also an effect that gas bubbles are miniaturized and a soft massage effect is enabled. In addition, by opening and closing the valve of the gas mixing device as needed when starting and stopping the bath water circulation device or when the flow rate of the bath water is reduced, the gas mixing device is connected to the bath water circulation device so as not to hinder the bath water circulation of the pump. It has become possible to incorporate it into the system. Further, it is possible to suppress the pressure loss in the pipeline and reduce the energy loss of the pump, as compared with a conventional system in which an orifice is newly provided in the middle of the pipeline to create a negative pressure and suck gas. Also, compared to the case where a predetermined amount of dissolved oxygen is secured by the conventional method, the amount of air to be taken in is reduced, so that noise can be reduced.
