Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lightly open and close a drawer main body at all times even when distortion, deformation and a warp, etc., are generated in a furniture kind due to secular change by utilizing a clearance between the upper end face of the drawer main body and the upper end inner surface of a drawer frame part and fitting a sliding plate on the lower part of the drawer main body. SOLUTION: Sliding bridges 13 are extended to a back part and arranged on both sides of the lower end part of the drawer frame part 11 and the load of the drawer main body 12 is received. These sliding plates 20 are fixed to the upper surface of the sliding bridges 13. The sliding plates 20 are manufactured in the shape of successively connecting five sheets in a width direction by using a synthetic resin material and the respective sliding plates 20 are turned to the planar shape of the almost equal width to the horizontal width of the sliding bridge 13. A tint block is formed on the surface of the sliding plate 20, the tint block forms a cross-sectional small recessed and projecting shape and is made to meander in a longitudinal direction and extended and high slidability is imparted to the sliding plate 20. The entire back surface of the sliding plate 20 is formed into the cross-sectional small recessed and projected shape, a double-coated adhesive tape 21 and a peeling sheet 22 are stuck on it and a line for cutting is made on both front and back surfaces and the double-coated adhesive tape 21 between the respective sliding plates 20.

[0003] By the way, in the past, such furniture was manually manufactured by craftsmen based on their experience and feeling, and could be used for many generations. However, recently, there is a shortage of skilled craftsmen. Therefore, daily furniture other than high-end furniture tends to be mass-produced by machining in factories and the like.

[0007] That is, in the furniture drawer structure according to the present invention, the drawer main body is provided between the upper end surface of the drawer main body and the upper end inner surface of the drawer frame portion from the drawer frame portion provided on the front surface of the furniture. While being inserted with a gap, a sliding bar is provided in the back from both ends of the lower end of the drawer frame, or a bottom plate is provided in the back from the lower end of the drawer frame, and the drawer body is provided by the sliding bar or the bottom plate. In a drawer structure for furniture that receives a load, a sliding plate is fixed to an upper surface of the sliding bar, an upper surface of at least a portion of the bottom plate corresponding to the sliding bar, or a bottom surface on both sides of the drawer main body. Is manufactured using a synthetic resin material to be a flat plate having a width substantially equal to the lateral width of the slide bar and having a length substantially equal to the length of the drawer body, and a bottom surface of the drawer body and the slide bar or the upper surface. Characterized in that the high sliding property between the upper surface of the bottom plate has no possible ensured.

The material of the sliding plate is not particularly limited as long as it is a synthetic resin material. The thickness of the slide plate is set to a dimension equal to or smaller than the gap between the upper end edge of the drawer main body and the upper end inner surface of the drawer frame portion, and specifically, is preferably about 0.5 mm to 1.5 mm. The width of the sliding plate is set to be approximately equal to the width of the assumed sliding bar. However, considering the size of the sliding bar of the drawer in ordinary furniture, 10 mm to 20 mm is optimal. Further, it is preferable that the length of the slide plate is substantially equal to the length of the drawer body so that the drawer body can be smoothly drawn over the entire length thereof.

The surface of the sliding plate may be a smooth surface, but it is preferable that at least a part thereof has a small uneven shape in cross section. This allows
This is because the contact with the bottom surface of the drawer main body, the slide bar, or the upper surface of the bottom plate becomes a point contact, the frictional resistance is reduced, and a high sliding property can be secured. In addition, paraffin, wax, or the like is applied to the concave portion having a small uneven shape in cross section, so that higher slipperiness and antistatic property can be secured.

The small irregularities in cross section may be scattered on the surface of the sliding plate, or may be formed on almost the entire surface of the sliding plate. Further, it may be formed in a tint block shape by extending in a meandering manner in the longitudinal direction, or may be formed in a protruding streak shape by extending substantially straight in the longitudinal direction. In particular, when formed in a tint block shape, when unevenness extending in the longitudinal direction is formed on the bottom surface of the drawer main body, the sliding bar, or the upper surface of the bottom plate, it is possible to prevent the tint block from interfering with these unevenness and to guarantee high slipperiness. .

The method for fixing the sliding plate is not particularly limited. For example, the sliding plate can be fixed using a double-sided adhesive tape or an adhesive. Therefore, the back surface of the sliding plate may be a smooth surface, but can be pressed by a woodworking press or the like at the time of manufacturing furniture. Therefore, when at least a part of the back surface of the sliding plate is formed to have a small uneven shape in cross section, the sliding plate is bitten into the top surface of the sliding bar, the top surface of the bottom plate, or the bottom surface of the drawer main body by pressure, so that the fixing strength can be increased.
In addition, in the case of forming a tint block or a streak pattern on the surface of the slide plate, there is a concern that the slide plate may be warped due to the tint block or the streak pattern. , The stress can be balanced and warpage can be prevented.

According to the present invention, the drawer body is inserted from the drawer frame on the front of the furniture with a predetermined gap between the upper end edge and the inner surface of the upper end of the drawer frame. In a drawer structure for furniture in which the load of the drawer body is received by a sliding bar extending from the bottom or a bottom plate extending backward from the drawer frame portion, the upper surface of the sliding bar corresponds to at least the sliding bar of the bottom plate. A sliding plate fixed to a top surface of a portion or a bottom surface on both sides of the drawer main body, having a width substantially equal to a lateral width of the sliding bar using a synthetic resin material, and having a length substantially equal to a length of the drawer main body. Provided is a sliding plate which is manufactured in a flat plate shape and is used for a furniture drawer structure capable of securing a high sliding property between a bottom surface of the drawer main body and an upper surface of the sliding bar or an upper surface of the bottom plate. Further, when the surface of the sliding plate is formed with small irregularities in cross section, the contact area is reduced, and high sliding property can be secured.
The sliding noise of the shoe shoe is hardly generated. In particular, when paraffin, wax, or the like is applied to and left in the small concave portions having the small uneven shape in cross section, the slipperiness can be further improved, and the drawer body can be opened and closed more gently and lightly.

In order to improve the slipperiness of the drawer main body 12, the slide plates 20 are removed one by one from the five slide plates 20 connected in series, and are peeled off with the double-sided adhesive tape 21 adhered to the back surface. After peeling off from the sheet 22, it is stuck on the upper surface of the sliding bar 13 of the furniture 10 as shown in FIGS. When sticking the sliding plate 20 at the time of manufacturing the furniture 10, pressure is applied by a woodworking press or the like, so that small cross-sectional irregularities on the back surface of the sliding plate 20 are bitten into the upper surface of the sliding bar 13. When the sliding board 20 is to be retrofitted to the existing furniture 10, it is preferable to press the sliding board 20 with a hammer or a mallet or the like to appropriately apply pressure to the sliding board 20.

A pattern for forming a tint block is engraved on the surface of the center roll 63, and a pattern for forming small irregularities in cross section is engraved on the front roll 64. The resin is made of the rolls 62, 63, and 63.
A tint block that has a small cross section on the surface and extends meandering in the longitudinal direction by 64 is formed by continuously pressing down a long flat plate 66 of a predetermined width and a predetermined thickness with a small cross section on the back surface, The long flat plate 66 is sent to a winder 68 via a feed roll 67. The winder 68 is rotated by a motor 69, and the fed long flat plate 66 is wound by the winder 68.
