2に示した蓋板がしっかり接触するようにしながら、蓋

にして4本の連結ボルト9とナット10で連結する。各
部品は既に組立ててある接続部でも使えるよう二つ割り
が原則である。以上で放圧用密閉箱が完成する。

懸けした外観図である。アラミドシートは耐熱性のみな
らず強度と引き裂き難さも高く本用途に最適である。バ
ンド16もアラミド製のバンドを使用した。なおアラミ
ドシートは0.4mm厚さの物を2枚重で使用し合計4
層巻いた。ここで使用したシートの強度は20kg/m
m幅である。又シートの糸は1000番手で、ガス圧で
破壊する直前ガスを通す事を期待し、織物のシートを用
いた。

蓋板の接触断面から逃がすことができる。またガス圧に
よるトラフの移動も両側の蓋板を結合することで解決で
きた。 2)接続部と近傍のケーブルを放圧密閉箱で覆い、その
決められた一部より高圧ガス及び火炎を逃がす装置にお
いて、その逃がし口を耐火耐熱材のシートにて包み、漏
れだす炎とガスを吸収し外に出さないコーンを作り、地
絡事故を起こして火炎の広がりを調べたが、火炎は防災
装置の外側に出ることはなかった。即ち、放圧用密閉箱
内又はコーン内にて油の燃えた臭いはするが、外部には
黒い油は出てこなかった。又巻き付けシートは中央部が
膨らんだ後圧力は殆ど抜けていた。シートに割れや裂け
目は発生しなかっった。更に接続部に引き続くオフセッ
ト部のケーブルの曲がりも取り付けに影響せずにすん
だ。
