Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily grip the number existing in trays and a using history by installing weight sensors on under surfaces of the trays extractable from a device main body, and calculating a quantity of a medical solution vessel inputted to the trays from preset weight of a medical solution vessel single body and output of the weight sensors. SOLUTION: Weight sensors 4 are arranged under trays 3 arranged in a plurality in a drawer 5 provided in a device main body 1 of a control device of a medical solution vessel. When the medical solution vessel is taken out, when an ID card is inserted, a lock is released after weight of the whole trays 3 is measured, and after a necessary chemical is taken out, the drawer 5 is closed, and when the ID card is pulled out, weight of the respective trays 3 is measured again. Therefore, weights before and after the medical solution is taken out are respectively compared with each other, and the taken-out number of chemical vessels is calculated from reduced weight, and when stock is confirmed, the number in the trays 3 is calculated by dividing output of the respective trays 3 by weight per a single piece of respective medical solution vessels.

More specifically, the apparatus comprises a vertically arranged tray for accommodating the liquid medicine containers in an aligned state, a dispensing mechanism attached to one end of the tray, and a vertically extending tray next to the tray. It consists of an elevator that moves along the road and a personal computer that manages the dispensing device. When the necessary chemical liquid data is sent from the personal computer to the dispensing device, the dispensing mechanism at one end of the necessary chemical liquid tray operates, and one chemical is discharged. Paid in units. The dispensed chemicals roll down into the waiting elevator beside the payout exit. Collect all necessary chemicals in the elevator. For inventory management,
The user counts the number of inputs at the time of replenishment, and the stock can be managed by inputting the number of inputs to the personal computer. The dispensing of the medicinal solution is performed by inputting the medicinal solution for each patient into a personal computer in advance according to a doctor's prescription, dispensing the medicine according to the prescription, and also managing the medical history of each patient.

However, in the above-mentioned conventional apparatus, in order to grasp the number of chemical containers present in the tray, the number of chemical containers must be set each time the chemical containers are refilled, or the number of chemical containers must be set at the time of replenishment. Refilling is troublesome, such as having to properly align the containers on the tray. In addition, since the dispensing of the chemical solution containers is performed in units of one bottle, the dispensing of the plurality of chemical solution containers is delayed.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, a chemical liquid container management apparatus according to the present invention includes a tray which stores a chemical liquid container and can be pulled out from a main body of the apparatus, and a weight sensor attached to the tray. And detects the total weight of the liquid medicine containers stored in the tray. This makes it possible to calculate in advance the number of trays based on the ratio of the weight of one chemical solution container to the weight of one chemical solution container, and also to grasp the usage history.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The invention according to claim 1 of the present invention is characterized in that a tray which can accommodate a chemical solution container and can be pulled out from the apparatus main body, and which is attached to the lower surface of the tray and is adapted to the weight of the tray. A weight sensor that outputs an electrical signal, and from a predetermined weight of the chemical solution container alone and an output of the weight sensor, the number of the chemical solution containers that are randomly placed in the tray can be calculated. In the chemical liquid container management device, it is not necessary to set the number of injections when refilling the chemical liquid containers, and it is possible to put the liquid containers on the tray in a messy manner without having to arrange the liquid containers one by one. Therefore, the replenishment operation is facilitated, and since there is no mechanism for dispensing the chemical solution container, the device can be quickly taken out, and a simple and inexpensive device can be provided.

(Embodiment 1) Claim 1 of the present invention will be described below.
An embodiment of the invention described in (1) will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is an external view of a chemical liquid container management device. Reference numeral 1 denotes an apparatus main body, which is provided with a plurality of drawers 5 at upper and lower levels. Beneath the drawer 5 are a card reader 7 for reading an ID card and lamps 8 and 9 for indicating whether the drawer is in a locked state or a released state. The personal computer 6 is electrically connected to the apparatus main body 1 and calculates the number of chemical liquid containers in the apparatus main body 1 and manages the use history.

A plurality of trays 3 as shown in FIG. 2 are arranged in the drawer 5, and each of the trays 3 accommodates a chemical solution container 2 for each type. At the bottom of each tray 3,
A weight sensor 4 is arranged, and the weight of each tray 3 is converted into an electric signal and output. As the weight sensor 4, for example, a strain gauge such as KFG manufactured by Kyowa Dengyo Co., Ltd. that outputs a mechanical small change as an electric signal can be used. The output of the weight sensor is input to the personal computer 6. In the above-described configuration, when removing the liquid medicine container, the ID card is inserted into the card reader 7, and after the weights of all the trays 3 are measured, the locks are released and the drawer 5 can be pulled out. Then, after taking out the necessary liquid medicine, when the drawer 5 is closed and the ID card is pulled out, it is locked and the weight of each tray is measured again.

The personal computer 6 compares the weight of each tray 3 before and after taking out the liquid medicine, and calculates the number of the taken liquid medicine containers from the reduced weight. That is, the weight of each chemical solution container is set in the personal computer 6 in advance,
By dividing the reduced weight by this value, the number of pieces taken out can be obtained. Thus, the management of the usage history for each user can be performed by the personal computer 6.

As described above, according to the present invention, when refilling a chemical solution container, the chemical solution containers can be easily charged, and the number of the charged solution containers does not need to be set, so that the operation can be performed easily. In addition, since there is no dispensing mechanism or the like for each liquid medicine container, and it is configured to be manually taken out from the tray in the drawer, the taking out can be performed quickly, and the apparatus is large-scale, does not become complicated and provides an inexpensive apparatus. Can be done.
