Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To add the functions of a current transformer and a zero-phase current transformer, measure the positive-phase current, negative-phase current, and zero-phase current flowing in a low-voltage electric path, improve the fitting space, and easily cope with the change of operating conditions.
