Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a soldering operation and to improve productivity by soldering a terminal line of a voice coil and conductive material for an external signal input through a cot part which is made in a neck part opening part of a diaphragm. SOLUTION: A coil bobbin 5 of a voice coil 4 is inserted into a neck part opening part 32 which is formed in a central part of a diaphragm 1 and fixed by an adhesive. A terminal line 4a of the coil 4 crawls on the bobbin 5, and the part 2 is provided with a cut part 3 at, at least two places, corresponding to the line 4a. At the time of assembling, the bobbin 5 is inserted into the part 2 of the diaphragm 1, the line 4a and conductive material for an external signal input are soldered together through the part 3, and the neck part of the diaphragm 1 and the bobbin 5 are fixedly attached to each other with an adhesive. At this time, the cut parts 3 are closed by the adhesive. Then, the neck part of the diaphragm 1 becomes almost as high as a damper 18, and then three-point adhesion is possible, i.e., the damper 18, the bobbin 5 and the diaphragm 1 can be adhered to one another.

With respect to the height positional relationship between the vibration plate 1 and the damper 18, the neck portion of the diaphragm 1 can be set at almost the same height position as the damper 18. That is, so-called three-point bonding of the damper 18, the coil bobbin 5, and the diaphragm 1 becomes possible.

Further, as shown in FIG.
12, the lead wire 21 led out to the tweeter 22 can be pulled out from the coil bobbin 5 unlike the conventional one in which the coaxial tweeter 22 is attached. In this case, even when the soldering portion 10 is located above the neck portion of the diaphragm 1, the diaphragm 1 can be set later, and the degree of freedom in the production process is increased.

According to the loudspeaker according to the present invention, (1) For example, in a type using a conductive damper or a connecting voice coil type, the height of the inner diameter portion of the damper and the neck portion (inner diameter portion) of the diaphragm. Can be matched, so that the overall length (height) of the coil bobbin can be shorter than that of the conventional one. (2) It is possible to manufacture even when the inner diameter of the diaphragm hits the solder portion of the coil bobbin. (3) Due to the effects of (1) and (2), when diaphragms having the same depth are used, a speaker having a low overall height can be produced. (4) Due to the effects of (1) and (2), the overall height of the coil bobbin is reduced, the bending of the neck portion of the diaphragm and the coil bobbin is reduced, the rigidity is increased, and the sound quality is improved. And so on.
