Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a watering pot capable of improving housing efficiency in nonuse by freely turnably providing one end of a nozzle arm in a water container part as a turning base part and inclining the nozzle arm to the turning base part. SOLUTION: The water container part 1 is constituted of synthetic resin, water is poured from an opening 3 at an upper part into the hollow part 2 of the water container part 1, a deck part 1A is provided on the body part of the water container part 1 and a cylindrical opening 7 communicated to the inside of the hollow part 2 of the water container part 1 is provided on the upper surface of the deck part 1A. Also, one end of the nozzle arm 8 formed of synthetic resin is turned to the turning base part 8A and freely turnably provided on the opening 7 and the nozzle arm 8 is inclined to the turning base part 8A. Use is performed in a state where the tip of the nozzle arm 8 is most separated from the water container part 1, housing is performed in the state where the tip is brought closest to the water container part 1 thus, the watering pot is obtained.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 is a view showing a watering can of the present invention, and reference numeral 1 in the drawing indicates a water container portion thereof.
The water container portion 1 is made of a synthetic resin here, and water is poured into the hollow portion 2 of the water container portion from the upper opening 3. The body of the water container 1 is provided with a deck portion 1A which projects forward with the upper surface being horizontal or at a gentle inclination (in this embodiment, a gentle inclination). The upper surface of the deck portion 1A is provided with a water container portion. A cylindrical opening 7 communicating with the hollow portion 2 is provided, and a nozzle arm described below is rotatably provided in this opening.

Reference numeral 8 in the drawing indicates the above-mentioned nozzle arm.
Has one end as a rotation base 8A, and the rotation base 8A is rotatably provided in the opening 7 of the deck 1A of the water container (see FIG. 2). FIG. 5 and FIG. 6 are views showing an example of this rotating structure. Here, the rotation base 8A to be inserted into the opening 7 has a flange 9 on the upper side, and a retaining ring 11 is locked below, and the flange 9 and the retaining ring 11 define the opening 7 of the deck 1A. By sandwiching the upper and lower sides, the rotation base 8A is rotatably fixed to the deck 1A. In this case, the inner peripheral portion 12 of the retaining ring 11 falls into the annular locking groove 10 provided on the lower peripheral side of the rotating base 8A.
Locked to the rotation base 8A. Reference numeral 13 in the figure denotes an O-ring for keeping watertight between the rotating base 8A and the rotating contact portion of the opening 7, and the O-ring 13 is wound around the rotating base 8A.

On the other hand, the nozzle arm 8 is connected to the rotating base 8.
A is provided to be inclined with respect to A, thereby achieving the intended object of the present invention. That is, the nozzle arm 8 is provided to be inclined with respect to the pivot base 8A, and the pivot base 8A pivots with respect to the deck portion 1A of the water container section whose upper surface is horizontal or slightly inclined. As a result, the tip moves with a circular locus with respect to the water container 1. Therefore, the nozzle arm 8 is used when the tip is farthest from the water container 1 (the state shown in FIG. 1), and the nozzle arm 8 is stored when the tip is closest to the water container 1 (the state shown in FIG. 2). If provided, the nozzle arm 8 projects diagonally upward in front of the water container portion during use to maintain an easy-to-use state, and the nozzle arm 8 approaches the water container portion during storage to keep the whole compact. Occurs. in this case,
Particularly, as in the embodiment, the upper surface of the deck portion 1A of the water container portion has a gentle inclination toward the front, and is set such that the sum of the inclination angle and the inclination angle of the nozzle arm 8 with respect to the rotation base 8A is 180 degrees. For example, when the tip of the nozzle arm 8 is closest to the water container 1, the nozzle arm 8 is in an upright shape (the state in FIG. 2), and high storage efficiency is realized.

By the way, in this embodiment, a device for using the watering can for multiple purposes is devised. That is, the nozzle arm 8 is configured by dividing the nozzle portion at the tip thereof, so that different kinds of nozzles can be replaced. FIGS. 1 to 3 show a shower type nozzle 2 among nozzles to be replaced.
0 indicates that the nozzle 20 is mounted.
Is made of a synthetic resin, and is mounted by inserting the rear end into the front end of the nozzle arm 8.

FIG. 7 is a diagram showing details of the nozzle 20. As shown in FIG. In the prior art, a portion having a large number of pores constituting a nozzle head from which water is poured out (commonly referred to as a “real part of a lotus” and according to this term in the present specification) is constituted by a metal plate. It was covered by a bowl-shaped member at the tip of the nozzle. However, in this case, a large number of pores are formed by punching in a metal plate, and as a result, the punched portion is turned up, and contaminants in the water are easily caught and clogged in this portion, and a nozzle is used to prevent this. However, there is an inconvenience that a filter such as a mesh is required in the water passage.

In this embodiment, the lotus real part 23 having a large number of pores 25 is made of a soft synthetic resin, and is covered with a bowl-shaped member 21 at the tip of the nozzle 20. In this case, since a large number of pores 25 are obtained by molding, a curled portion is not generated unlike the above-mentioned metal plate, and therefore, there is no fear of clogging and an effect that a filter is not required can be obtained. In this case, the real portion 23 of the lotus is fixed to the lid by locking the annular locking groove 24 provided on the lower surface thereof with the annular locking projection 22 on the upper surface of the bowl-shaped member 21 at the tip of the nozzle 20. Is done.

Next, FIG. 4 shows a state in which a jug-type nozzle 30 of the nozzles to be replaced is mounted. The nozzle 30 is made of synthetic resin, and is mounted by inserting the rear end 32 into the tip of the nozzle arm 8. This nozzle 30 has a nozzle head formed of a single hole 31 and is used for applications such as pointing water to the root of a plant.

In this embodiment, the nozzle 30
Are configured to be housed in the water container 1 when not in use. That is, here, two types of handles of the water container portion 1 are provided: a handle 4 in an upper portion and a handle 5 in a rear portion, and the handle 5 in the rear portion is formed in a groove shape with an open rear (see FIG. 8
The shape of the groove 5A conforms to the outer shape of the jug-type nozzle 30, so that the nozzle 30 can be accommodated in the groove 5A. In this case, in order to fix the nozzle 30 housed in the groove 5A, the groove 5A
A locking ring 6 is provided therein, and the accommodated nozzle 30 is fixed by inserting its rear end 32 into the locking ring.

According to the present invention having the above configuration,
By rotating the nozzle arm, the entire length of the watering can be varied between use and storage, so that a watering can be realized without impairing usability and with improved storage efficiency. Therefore, a watering can be realized in which a storage / display space is small and a distribution cost is reduced in a manufacturer / distributor, and a watering can be realized in a user which requires less storage space and does not interfere.
