Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently collect dust such as straw dust in a hot air discharged from a rough rice drier or the like. SOLUTION: A dust C is collected by allowing the dust C and a hot air A passed through a duct 16 to come into collision with a water surface 12 from a discharge port 18 and further again allowing to come into collision with the water surface 12 from a space between an outside cylindrical body 19 and an intermediate cylindrical body 20. A dust D is collected by allowing the dust D and a hot air B passes through a duct 34 to come into collision with the water surface 12 and further by the water surface 12 at the time of passing through a space between the water surface 12 and a blow-back preventive body 38.

The conventional paddy dryer dries by storing paddy in a dryer to which hot air has been sent and circulating the paddy. Then, the hot air sent to the dryer is discharged together with dust such as straw chips from a dust outlet located at an upper portion of the dryer and an exhaust outlet located at a lower portion of the dryer. If such dust is discharged to the outside as it is, it becomes harmful, and it is necessary to use a dust collector. Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 4, this type of dust collector collides hot air A from an exhaust port (not shown) of a dryer through a discharge tube 1A of an exhaust duct 1 onto a water surface 3 of a water tank 2 to remove dust. Captured by water surface 3, while
The hot air B from a dust outlet (not shown) of the dryer collides with the water surface 3 of the water tank 2 through the discharge tube 4A of the air discharge duct 4 so that dust is captured by the water surface 3. A and B are discharged through the filter 5 and are further trapped in the water tank 2 and discarded at the bottom.
Once the discharge cylinders 1A and 4A are lifted, dust C on the bottom of the water tank 2 is removed.
Was scrapped and discarded.

[0003] In such a conventional dust collector, although dust can be collected without using electricity or the like, there is a problem that the filter 5 is clogged when used for a long time. Further, in this type of dust collector, the dust C collected in the water tank 2 must be lifted and moved after lifting the discharge cylinders 1A and 4A, and then the dust C at the bottom of the water tank 2 must be scooped up. there were.

It is a dust collector that causes the wind to collide with the water surface from the discharge port to catch the dust by the water surface, and to catch the uncollected dust again by colliding with the water surface from below the outer cylinder and the intermediate cylinder. As a result, dust is not released to the outside, and dust collection efficiency can be improved.

Further, the present invention is a dust collector characterized in that a discharge port of a discharge tube connected to an air passage is made to face a water surface, and a blow-back preventing body is provided at this discharge port so as to make the discharge surface face the water surface. Because the wind collides with the water surface to capture dust by the water surface, and the untrapped dust is captured when passing between the water surface and the backlash prevention body, the dust is released to the outside. This is not the case, and the dust collection efficiency can be improved.

Further, according to the present invention, a first discharge pipe connected to a first air duct is provided above the water tank, and a first discharge port of the first discharge pipe faces the water surface of the water tank. Not
An outer cylinder body is provided at an interval outside the first discharge cylinder, and a cover plate is provided above the outer cylinder body.
An intermediate cylinder is provided between the discharge cylinder and the outer cylinder, and a communication path is provided between an upper portion of the intermediate cylinder and the cover plate.
And a second discharge pipe connected to the second air duct is provided above the one side of the other side of the water tank, and a second discharge port of the second discharge pipe faces the water surface. 2. A dust collector, wherein a backflow prevention body is provided at an outlet of the water tank facing the water surface, and a dust removing opening is provided at a position biased to the other side of the other side of the water tank. The air in the air passage collides with the water surface from the first discharge port to catch dust by the water surface, and the dust that has not been caught again strikes and catches the water surface from below the outer cylinder and the intermediate cylinder. As a result, dust is not released to the outside,
The wind in the air passage collides with the water surface to catch the dust on the water surface, and the untrapped dust is captured when passing between the water surface and the backlash prevention body, so that the dust is No dust is emitted, and the dust collection efficiency can be improved in any of the first and second air passages. Further, by providing the dust removing opening, dust can be easily removed from the water tank even during use without moving the first discharge tube or the like.
