Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stator for motor in which the stator winding can be protected against damage due to cutting of a binding thread or a lacing machine, assembling work can be facilitated inexpensively without requiring any self-fusing wire or varnish and the coil end is secured while being covered by an insulating resin member where extraction of oligomer is suppressed. SOLUTION: Stator windings 2 of a plurality of poles are wound around a cylindrical stator core 1 having a plurality of slot openings in the inside diametral part. A plurality of annular insulating resin members 3, each having an opening for wrapping the coil end along the profile thereof are arranged in the center of the pole in order to cover and secure the coil end. This structure facilitates the assembling work inexpensively and realizes the stator for a motor where extraction of oligomer is suppressed.

部に配置し前記固定子巻線を固定したことを特徴とする
電動機の固定子。

コイルエンドカバー部を複数個有する絶縁樹脂部材を配
置し、前記固定子巻線を固定することを特徴とする電動
機の固定子。
