2. Description of the Related Art Vegetables and fruits such as vegetables and fruits, or cut flowers are still living as living organisms even after harvesting. , Transpiration, etc. For this reason, it is extremely difficult to store or transport these fruits and vegetables or cut flowers while maintaining their freshness, and various devices have conventionally been devised.

[0003] For example, one example is to package fruits and vegetables and cut flowers in a bag made of a synthetic resin film such as a polyethylene film, a polypropylene film, or a polystyrene film. The above-mentioned polyethylene film and polypropylene film are intended to suppress the daily activities such as respiration and transpiration of the fruits and vegetables and cut flowers in the package to improve the preservability, but these films have a water vapor transmission rate. Is low, water droplets adhere to the inner surface of the film or fogging occurs, and the appearance quality deteriorates. That is, the fruits and vegetables cannot be seen through, the freshness cannot be confirmed, and the freshness is reduced due to unevenness. It is effective to apply an antifogging agent in order to prevent water droplets and fogging of the film, but the effect is temporary and it is impossible to prevent a decrease in freshness due to unevenness of fruits and vegetables.

In order to solve such a problem, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No.
No. 230933 discloses a film for packaging fruits and vegetables, which is obtained by extrusion-coating an oriented polystyrene film with an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer. However, although this film was excellent in maintaining freshness at room temperature (about 20 ° C.), it was insufficient to maintain freshness at a high temperature of 25 ° C. or higher.

[0005] Further, when fruits and vegetables and cut flowers are wrapped in bags made of perforated polyolefin films with large holes in order to improve the water vapor transmission rate, the contents around the holes may be wilted, and Since the gas concentration in the body is not different from that in the atmosphere, CA (Control of Atom)
osphere) effect is poor and it is difficult to maintain freshness.
In addition, polystyrene film is excellent in keeping freshness of fruits and vegetables, cut flowers, etc. because of high air permeability, but it is difficult to form a bag due to poor heat sealing properties, and even if it is formed in a bag, the film strength is weak For this reason, it is a reality that the film cannot be put to practical use due to cracks in the film at the distribution stage.

The thickness of the stretched polystyrene film used in the present invention is not particularly limited, but is preferably from 15 to 5
0 μm. If the thickness of the film is less than 15 μm, the film becomes stiff, lacks protection of the contents, and the workability of bagging is unfavorable. On the other hand, if it exceeds 50 μm, the air permeability is reduced and the effect of maintaining the freshness of the contents is inferior. Furthermore, the stretched polystyrene used in the present invention is preferably biaxially stretched, and has a heat shrinkage stress (ORS) in any direction,
Preferably 3-20, desirably 7-15 are used. If the above-mentioned ORS is small, the stiffness of the film is lost, and if the ORS is too large, the tear strength decreases, which is not preferable. The ORS is ASTM D15
According to 04-70, length 170m / m, width 40m /

[0011] The ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (hereinafter referred to as "EVA") used in the present invention is preferably an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer.
FR is 5 to 20 g / 10 min (JIS K 6730)
), The vinyl acetate content is 15 to 30% by weight (J
IS K 6730). MFR is 5g / 10mi
If it is less than n, it is necessary to set the extrusion temperature to 250 ° C. or higher to prevent the film from being cut. However, at a high temperature of 250 ° C. or higher, EVA itself decomposes and coating cannot be performed. If the MFR exceeds 20 g / 10 min, the temperature dependence of the extrusion amount of EVA becomes strong, so that it becomes difficult to control the extrusion amount, and the film thickness tends to be uneven.

On the other hand, if the vinyl acetate content is less than 15% by weight, there is a problem that the heat-sealed portion is peeled off when the bag is formed and used at a low heat-sealing strength. Further, the water vapor transmission rate is reduced, and the contents are easily peeled off. On the other hand, when the vinyl acetate content exceeds 30% by weight, the thermal stability is lowered, and at the same time, the peeling of the film from the cooling roll is deteriorated.

When laminating EVA, it is necessary to directly blow ozone on the EVA coat extruded from the T-die to perform forced oxidation, and then to laminate the stretched polystyrene film. This significantly improves the adhesive strength between EVA and the stretched polystyrene film. As an ozone generator used in this step, for example, there is a Solbex system manufactured by Softal Japan KK.

In the film used in the present invention, EV
The A coat is preferably subjected to an anti-fogging treatment, and it is preferable to knead the anti-fogging agent with the EVA at the time of laminating or to apply the anti-fogging agent to the EVA coat after the laminating. Examples of the antifogging agent include fatty acid esters of polyhydric alcohol. In addition, in order to prevent blocking, the film used in the present invention is dusted using a very small amount of starch powder, silicon oxide, metal soap, or the like, or a release agent is mixed into EVA during lamination processing. It is preferable to keep it.

Further, in the film used in the present invention, it is desirable that the EVA coat is subjected to an antibacterial treatment. As a method of the antibacterial treatment, a method of kneading an antibacterial agent during lamination, a method of applying the antibacterial agent to the EVA coated surface after the lamination, and the like are preferable. Antibacterial agents include hinokitiol, isothiocyanate, silver zeolite and the like.

The thickness of the EVA used to coat the stretched polystyrene film used in the present invention is preferably 5 to 40 μm, more preferably 10 to 25 μm. If the thickness of the EVA coat is less than 5 μm, the heat sealing strength is reduced and the reinforcing effect of the stretched polystyrene film is reduced, which is not preferable. Further, even if the thickness exceeds 40 μm, the effect of the EVA coating does not change, which is economically undesirable and deteriorates air permeability.

It is important to have three or less micropores of 0 μm. The size of the holes is desirably 310-600 μm. In the present invention, the film has an average diameter of 800 μm or more or 3 or more.
If the number of the fruits and vegetables is more than one, when the fruits and cut flowers are wrapped in the bag, the control of the daily activities such as the respiration and the transpiration of the fruits and fruits becomes insufficient, so that the effect of maintaining freshness becomes insufficient. When the average diameter of the pores is less than 100 μm,
When cut flowers are stored at high temperatures, they cause respiratory disorders and produce unpleasant odors, which is not preferable.
